Ok guys
Is this just a minor thing? Or a big deal? Ill let you speculate on what it means
.
Heres the news reported by the Sarah Palin Blog:
I was walking through the grocery store earlier today when I received a text message from a close friend asking me if I had taken note of the change on Sarah Palins Facebook page. I confessed that it had been an exceptionally busy day and that I had not looked at Palins page today. My friend then brought to my attention that under the Info link, Palins political views have been changed from Republican to Conservative. For a brief moment, it didnt phase me as I am also a registered Republican but I chose to list Conservative on my Facebook page as my own political view because in my eyes, it more aptly describes my values.
I suppose one could draw a multitude of conclusions regarding this status change. I know that I certainly have. You can be certain that any move Sarah Palin makes has been well thought out and is with purpose. Could she possibly be sending a message to the RNC that they need to strengthen the conservative planks of the Republican party? Perhaps her promise of sudden and relentless reform as addressed in her Indianola speech and more recently in her October 7th St. Louis speech is a sign that as in the past, neither party is safe from her scrunity.
One thing is for sure, time will tell.

I used to almost get embarrased when the GOP would call and the Wife answered the phone, needless to say they call no more.

She is not running, yet “SOME” latch onto every Palin thread to weigh in that she is not running.

You are right, AZ is now a semi-closed primary state, so independents can vote R or D. Few years ago such was not the case.
Wife and I will be changing registration to Independent

You want real influence?
Hire a lobbyist or pester a local rep...
Most big donors on the conservative side who campaign and participate as individuals do so because they have vision for the nation...or in my case...the culture
This is where Palin’s populism rhetoric left me unamused
It is one thing to hammer Jeff Immelt but the danger is it’s a quick skip to sentiments like the one you alluded to and on to class envy which Obama has circled his wagons over

She does not have to run for anything to be so fed up with the republican leadership that she no longer wants to be associated with that den of liars and thieves. boehner and mcconnell have both lost Rush... and me... and now Palin. Our plan is to take back the republican party from these jerks and if that does not work... we will kill it off and replace it. I am a Conservative... I didn't leave the republican party... it left me... and one thing more... I only vote for Conservative republicans... nominate a mushy liberal republican and there will be no vote from me! I am not alone.

The only TRUE republicans in DC are trash of the worst kind... liars, cheaters and thieves... and RUSH has now turned on them... took him long enough. You take your republican brand and hug it... it is an endangered species. Most of us despise the republican leadership almost as much as the dims... and it is not YOUR party... IT IS THEIR PARTY. Maybe not for much longer... one way or the other.

I think that the republican’t leadership is bought and paid for and so are the dims... many times by the exact same evil. Just yesterday it was reported... wait for it... obama has sent 100 US TROOPS INTO UGANDA... UGANDA... AFRICA... 100 TROOPS IN UGANDA. The media whistles and attacks Cain.

You are correct... but... before this is over they will care... it is already too late for the current leadership. They are to be shunned and despised.

Maybe Sarah was right to wait. I am beginning to think that Obama will win again. Between the establishment Republicans secretly plotting to do away with the TEA party and Romney the likely candidate, it now seems distinctly possible that the RINOs will lose. If Obama gets in, it will cause more damage to our nation; but it will also immeasurably strengthen the TEA Party, further discredit the Left as the country continues to decline, and pave the way for a true Conservative era.

The GOP has shown that it cannot be trusted.
ROVE attacks GOP women.
ROMNEY attacks GOP candidates.
The GOP is on deathwatch.

” Dont you ever wonder what motivates those $10,000 a plate donors? How many are wealthy patriots and how many want something in return? This is crony capitalism.”
How the hell would YOU know which ones are patriots, and which ones want a quid pro quo
Are you clairvoyant?
If you want to buy a politician it takes hundreds of thousands.
A CLOSE FRIEND OF MINE IS PAYING 3 GRAND FOR A DINNER TO RAISE MONEY TO REMOVE OUR LUNATIC SHERIFF. IS HE BUYING INFLUENCE? NO. HE IS A PATRIOT TRYING TO REMOVE A LUNATIC SHERIFF.
