Rick Perry, I like you. But a little word of advise. You are not going to get very far by calling your audience “heartless”.That word is exclusively owned by Democrat campaigners. They could sue you for plagarism.

Perry said at the previous debate about those who are against in-state tuition for illegals something to the effect that they didn't like people with different sounding last names. Perry is using the Bush/Rove/McCain/Graham tactics of calling those who are against amnesty bigots and nativists.

Perry is going to be in for a big surprise in the FL and SC primaries. His remarks on immigration will hurt him badly. In fact SC has a law specifically prohibiting illegal immigrants from receiving in-state tuition as does GA, AZ, and CO. We are working on one here in VA.

In state tuition is even a big issue in one of the bluest of blue states, MD, which passed in-state tuition for illegals this Summer. The outcry was so great that a petition movement to put the issue on the ballot succeeded. They got twice the number of signatures required and did so in record time. People were begging to sign it. The law has been suspended pending the outcome of the referendum. The ACLU and La Raza are trying to undo the petition through a court challenge. They know that, like gay marriage, putting the issue to the people will kill it. Perry has made a major blunder.

So does this all mean he’s going to race bait the Nation into accepting open borders and invasion? Does this mean that if we object to the expense, rape, robbery and murder of illegals, we are racists? Does this mean my money (taxpayers’ money) belongs to the illegals so we won’t be called racist or heartless?

It is heartless for the American elite to continue to ignore the unfair and deadly burden they place upon the people of America in imposing this unwanted invasion upon us. We are being made to suffer and die for an elitist cause that is basically treasonous and extremely thoughtless and cruel!

Have a heart Perry. American citizens are tired of playing the role of the internationalist elite’s red headed step children.

I'll say one thing right now. If Perry thinks I'm heartless for placing the welfare and progress of my grand daughters over the future of a patently illegal invader (willing or not), he had had damned well think again!

It is not my problem if illegals brought children here illegally. It is not my problem to educate them cheaply. I frankly don't care if they get a damned job or not. I want them to go home - with momma, poppa, grandpoppa and whoever the hell else they brought with them. Perry thinks our resources are limitless - just like the rest of the politicians. They refuse to see there's a damned limit on their progressive credit card. I'm not going to tolerate this crap. If he's the best the GOP can nominate, then eff it. I'll stay home and feather my own nest.

When Governor Perry made that “heartless” remark he was in the passion of the moment. He was frustrated that with all the effort his state has done to battle the continuous invasion of illegals across the border. He was feeling the criticism after all that he has done and the more tan $400 million spent defending that border. I can understand that he felt the criticism was heartless when it did not give credit for the courageous job his state has done to stem the tide. But, after that remark, he got it from his wife. She told him it was wrong. And Governor Perry realized how wrong he was. He realized that it was through ignorance that people blame him for not controlling the border. He realized that he needed to do a better job educating people that it was the Obama Regime that was failing in the job to secure the border.

I find that the in-state tuition for illegals was a symptom of the Obama Regimes failure to secure the border. Obama was the cause and the tuition thing was the result. That tuition thing was what the people of Texas wanted and Governor Perry helped get it done.
