Perry stated the truth...most of the other debaters just said what people wanted to hear. A big bunch of liars especially Mittens. Bachmann says cut off all government monies to the illegals...boy, do I agree with that...but on Bachmann’s part it is nothing more than rhetoric...what the crowd and the tv audience wanted to hear.
When I consider that educating the illegal’s children will help our society, it makes sense. As long as we do away with college studies that promote these educated Latinos to go back and organize their people against the current government.
Romney really ticks me off when he stands there like a preening peacock and ridicules Perry for telling the truth about social security. Really! As Gore said “what shud be dowan is uuup and what shud be uuuup is dowaaann!
I completely agree that Perry was up front an honest and Romney and Bachman were much less so. Cain is saying what he has always said, no change.
The problem is that Perry doesn’t get his point across well. His answer on illegal immigration is that he has been trying to enforce it the best he can at the state level, and that he thinks that what is good for other states is not right for Texas, but he has never mentioned that a fence would cut Texans off from a valuable source of water, the Rio Grande, and that would be a big problem.
The problem with Romney is that he is a big government man, who thinks that he and the federal government have all the answers, if we will just let him show us. Government is not the answer, it’s the problem and Romney is more interested in selling us something than helping us solve the problem.
I don’t like Bachmann any more. I don’t like the way she looks, acts, and speaks as a presidential candidate. I don’t trust her, and I don’t think she is presenting the real MB. It may be that she’s trusting the same kind of operatives that sold McShame down the river, but if she is, that’s enough to disqualify her right there.
I would not count Rick out over a stupid debate series that seems to me to be like DWTS but with no voting and nobody watching. In fact, here’s an idea, I’m sure I’m the thousandth person to think of this, but why not have the Republican debate be a call-in and vote program like AI or DWTS? THAT would make it interesting, and people would probably actually watch if one of the contestants was going to get voted off the island every week. And the debates would get better and better rather than the same shit different day.
