I think Al Gore's head is exploding over this CERN research as much as Cheney's book is exploding Powell's head.
I know that Rick Perry's slap at AGW has liberal heads exploding . . . and some RINO's as well.

The single most strong evidence global warming happens in nature without man’s contribution is ending of last ice age which required ferocious global warming. Simple physics!

Methinks this will be the true cause, but one small correction (methinks).
The sun doesn’t generate cosmic rays - these are very energetic particles being brewed by things far more energetic than the sun....or at least, that’s the stuff I was taught during my physics class journeys. Those little buggers were generated a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away.

It is very important to frame the debate correctly.
Never claim, "There is no such thing as Global Warming."
Of course, there is. 20,000 years ago, Puget Sound was covered in a mile-high sheet of glacial ice. That glacier melted as a result of "Global Warming" and there has been "Global Warming" and "Global Cooling" throughout recorded history.

The Big Lie is in "Man Made".
Always stress "Man Made" and never deny "Global Warming". Only deny "MAN MADE Global Warming".

In Al's little fantasy picture he said that in 10 years Mount Kilimanjaro would not have a snow cap.
It's been five years at least. Still no sign of the snow cap going away.
