This author is still, obviously, hung up on that quaint “consent of the governed” nonsense.

As far as I'm concerned, It's On! I say, give me liberty or give me death! And, you can quote me on that. It may be hard, even futile but never more needed - the need to take down this ENTIRE administration and investigate all government agencies until we “drain the swamp”. Speaking of Pelosi, she actually scoffed at the mention of the Constitution. The only people who would reelect that botox riddled, elitists are people from San Francisco - go figure.

The wordings of the current oath of enlistment and oath for commissioned officers are as follows:
"I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God." (Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962).
"I, _____ (SSAN), having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God." (DA Form 71, 1 August 1959, for officers.)

Col Sellin has no problem saying what he thinks in plain English!
Good to see him on the scene, unlike the usual
“perfumed princes” as Col Hackworth referred to the usual crops of pansies we are now conditioned to!

There will be a Pitchfork Rally at 10 AM on August 15, 2011 at the steps of the Georgia state capital to support Georgias Presidential Eligibility Assurance Act to ensure that the usurper Obama cannot run for President in 2012. Will Col. Sellin be attending? For someone who calls for civil disobedience so often, he sure doesn't do much.
