Is Sarah left handed?
Positioning and gamesmanship are fine as far as it goes, but she is losing an awful lot of financial support that she could be using effectively now save for the fact nothing is 'official' about her yet. Count me in that group, even though I think the world of her.

Such a Resolution should include a list of previous decisions that violate this principal with a statement that these are not to be used as precedent in any further decisions. (An example would be all those that rely upon a "wall of separation between church and state" - I admire Jefferson as much as any former President, but his private correspondence does not overrule the clear language of the Constitution!)
Finally, it should close with the following: "Much as we wish that the Constitution had foreseen the problem of Judicial overreach and provided us with a gentler means of removing erring Judges from the bench, the only tool given us is Impeachment. That being the case, Impeachment is the tool we will use to enforce the primacy of the Congress in enacting legislation."
If we don't clean out the ranks of the Judiciary, all that we accomplish can be undone.

I don’t agree with you about the Rollins thing.
As soon as Bachman hired him the first words out of his mouth were anti-Palin. And .. after all Palin had done to help Bachman win her election - it was not just in poor taste. I will have to hold my nose to vote for Bachman if she is the nominee (which I don’t believe she will be).
Bachman made Rollins apologize to Palin - IN PRIVATE - but there never has been a public denouncement from Bachman regarding Rollins comments. Sooooo .. does that mean that Bachman agrees with Rollins - but she’s afraid to admit it ..?? Or does it really mean that Bachman is terrified of Palin getting in the race ..??

You have to love Marcus and the others with superior skin technology. They face ten times the pressure, yet they stand firm in their love of ideas over the trivialities. Palin impresses me because of her core values. I am sure that I wouldn’t be a fan unless I was convinced that she stood on time-tested American principles of small government, big freedom, and sound justice, done. How hard was that? As to whether the Tea Party is coming with her, she embodies everything they stand for, so it goes without saying.

That basis of support for Palin would be rather small minded and insulting to Sarah.
It is the antiPalin elements that are devoid of reason, sensibilities, scruples and morals.
Palin people are the only ones that have reason for the bold optimism and confidence that allows them to ride the high side, eschewing the bitterness of the rest.
