Didn’t ask for the job to begin with.

And BTW, I sleep well knowing that the great and powerful McCain is about finished. Having a hardcore establishment RINO in a position to influence the conservative movement does however worry me greatly.

Sorry that you don’t see the difference, But if any other Tea Party types want to try convincing you of the same, I’m sure they will be glad to.

“Having a hardcore establishment RINO in a position to influence the conservative movement does however worry me greatly.”

Good gravy, enough with the melodrama.

You JUST SAID:
“No MB is not a Liberal. At all. Never said it and don’t believe it.”

Are you sure Mr Ed is the Great White RINO you seem to fear? I mean if he is not even influencing his own campaign in a leftward direction, even by YOUR measurement, then how on frickin’ Earth is he influencing the “conservative movement”?

Again in English?

As I said, read up on him. You don’t want to, not my problem. Those that did know what he is, what he does and where his loyalties lie. MB hiring him does not make her a lib, nor does it mean she automatically turns into one. If you trust a RINO, Great White, Blue or otherwise, that is your choice. I don’t and your defense of RINOS like him don’t convince me that you are the best strategist for the Tea Party ;)

There are those Republican candidates like Mitt Romney who are lying low and gathering a large war chest. Since he does not generate the kind of charisma that gets the media whipped up to cover him, he will have to spend much of his own money to offset the media blackout that will prevent him from getting his word out. The problem is that people tune out when the war of words heightens. There are other candidates who are in this fox hole category who will pop up at the same time and all be competing for the attention of the voter. All they will do is add to the commotion for the voter. If you are not a flash in the pan, you will be ignored. Romney is not that flash in the pan. Romney will be working overtime to get his message out over the commotion which should have been out there months before.

Huntsman appears like he wants to play the strategy of Rope-a-Dope. He will lose the media battle because the media has no end to the punishment they can deliver. The public only pays attention to those who can defend themselves and make the case of why they differ from the other candidates. Rope-a-Dopers are too busy taking the punches to close the deal on why they are best for the job.

Sarah Palin has been playing the game and will play the game. Those who attack her will get a solid uppercut. There will be no playing around with her. She has been honing her skills for years and getting her message out way before the other candidates. The Left fears her the most because she is a very effective communicator and fighter. Judging from her bus tour, the media will be falling all over itself to cover her campaign. Sarah will be the one to watch and be the one to command the media attention. She will suck the air right out of the room.

Good night! Do you have any articles that supports your contention that Palin supporters are devoid of reason, sensibleness, scruples and morals? Also, who do you like at this point being one of great reason, sensibleness, scruples and morals?

“your defense of RINOS...”

Again in English?

I’m supporting THE MOST CONSERVATIVE candidate!

Can I assume you voted against Palin in ‘08 because of McCain?

That certainly would be a MUCH more significant and principled application of your zero tolerance for RINOs doctrine.

No, I really did mean "Rouge" (as in the phrase Khmer Rouge), on the form.

See Post #47 this thread.

Cheers!

In English, you are defending a RINO. Nuff said.

Actually I voted for Palin in 08. Unfortunately McCain was also on the ticket. In 10, the only box left blank on my ballot was McCain after I learned just how big a RINO and a backstabbing POS he was. Remember that the hit job his RINO buddies did on SP only came out after the fact. Not that he was much good prior, but to get SP, he came along with the deal.

I learned my lesson. Thus my zero tolerance position...it came from that experience and thus my attitude toward Rollins. Perhaps some day you will take a similar principled stance borne from experience as well.

The RINO lost the election. The RINO and his fellow RINOS did everything possible to minimize, damage and hurt Palin’s political career DURING AN ELECTION.

Hint hint...

Good smack down! Obviously one who does not know why the effort at trademarking ones name is important or using it as a means to pick a fight using a straw man strategy.

Mr. Ed has already reduced the Gaffe Master to a handful of rehearsed sound bites. But last night or this morning she came out with this gem. Paraphrase "President Obama is destroying the foundation of this country one beam at a time.

I'm thinking OMG, does anyone with any intelligence ever proof this woman's work?

She is her own worst enemy. The more people see her and hear her and read her work the more support she will lose. Having Mr. Ed around will simply accelerate her decline.

According to Gallop she is at around a 70% name recognition and less than 50% approval. Don't see it getting higher than that.

She would do well to drop out and work to retake her house seat before it becomes unsalvageable.

“Having Mr. Ed around will simply accelerate her decline.”

That’s the bottom line and you put it perfectly. My debate opponent today seems to want to ignore that but the truth is self evident.

Team RINO tried destroying SP “during an actual election” and got us Obama so it seems likely that they will try it with any other ‘conservative threat’ either real or imagined, in 12 to get us 4 more of the Dems. Not hard to do the math there but It seems that for some it still is.

“In English, you are defending a RINO”

I’m the most conservative guy you never met.

Voting for the most conservative candidate in the race.

Whom you are attempting to sabotage.

Yet, me voting for Bachmann is somehow more offensive to your RINO senses than you voting for McCain.

Yes, that makes sense.

And no, I’m not buying the idea that McCain became a RINO during or after that election. Utter nonsense. EVERYBODY at FR knew McCain was McCain looooonnng before that. And you’ve been here even longer than that.

What if Sarah narrowly beats Romney and then, like Reagan, picks that much less-conservative contender as VP for obvious, typical and logical reasons?

Romney would be a RINO VP, like Bush.
But I’d still vote for Sarah, like Reagan.

How ‘bout you Caption Zero?

Mrs. Bachmann had neither words of criticism of the Republican leadership nor words of encouragement for her own tea party caucus. I think she bought a pass on her no vote from the establishment in exchange for her silence. IMO, another Mr. Ed brokered arrangement.

MB is part of the establishment problem She issues nary a mumbling word about the failure of leadership from the party. She would do US no good as the head of the party as NOTHING of substance would change. She isn't going to challenge the power brokers. It is those power brokers Mr. Ed is trying to extract dollars from to keep her faltering campaign going.

Time to move on to a real agent of change with a proven record of doing so.

“She isn’t going to challenge the power brokers.”

No... not the lady who started her career beating an 18 yr incumbent Republican... or the lady who is responsible for the historic establishment of the TEA party caucus... or the lady who plotted a coup for Boner’s job... or the lady who then went over his head and against his wishes to give the TEA party response to the SOTU... not the brave lady who voted with the third of supposed TEA Congressman AGAINST the leadership in the face of IMMENSE pressure on the debt deal.

No, not her.

Shheeeesh, you guys. Come on already. Nobody’s begging you to vote for Bachmann. Palin is great. Send her your dough and hope she runs. I wish she would.

Just, please, for your sanity and mine, quit the nonsensical backstabbing. Meaning... backstab if you must. But at least make sense.

You exaggerate her record. Just like she exaggerates her record.

Coup on Boehner? Hahahaha.

She had no personal pressure. She got a pass on her vote. She sold out.
