You needed to be stocking up on food guns, ammo, basic household supplies like soap, papergoods, cleaning supplies, good sturdy clothes including extra socks, underwear and extra shoes and boots, a extra couple changes of oil and filters for your car, tools, things you buy everyday start buying two and put one up.

While it’s too early to tell whether or not the destruction in stock markets will continue as it did in 2008, one thing is for sure – when the bottom finally falls out of this economy it’s going to come as a surprise to tens of millions of people who have been bamboozled by their trusted politicians and corporate elite. Having read some stuff on Soros’ method of creating disruption and disorder, I wonder if he’s not deliberately making crisis after crisis to freak everyone out and empty a whole bunch of pockets. People will also then be willing to submit to a strong man in exchange for some bit of safety.
Good thing Jesus is going to come and clean up this mess one day.

Right now, I’m struggling to stock up on “house”. I have 5 acres with a stream, but no buildings on it. I’ve gotten through 4 of the 6 major obstacles toward building, working on #5. I have a design for a house that is basic enough that the main part should be able to go up in a day.
Prayers would help, as would any influence FReepers might have on the zoning board in that county ;)
(It’s in southern WI, but I’d rather not post more details than that)
