It isn't up to Rush to formulate strategy for the GOP. And it isn't like he hasn't put his ideas out there, not that the GOP ever actually does anything with those suggestions.

No, it is up to Rush to entertain. And one prolonged whine after another isn’t entertaining. But the very fact that you have to defend him for not having a strategy should tell you he doesn’t have one.
