The United States of America is over! I just heard it from Rush Limbaugh! He knows everything so he can’t be wrong can he? I’m sure I missed the announcement that Limbaugh is moving out of America as he always implied he would; remember “I’ll tell you when it is time to panic.”

I can only conclude Rush is right. Isn’t he? I mean because Rush and a seemingly endless parade of conservative “thinkers” have said so, I must now put my pitchfork away because there is no use in trying. Rush told me so. He’s not wrong, right?

By Limbaugh’s thinking the few of us who want to fight should give up and stay home next year. That will give us 300 Democrats in Congress and 80 seats in the Senate so Franklin Delano Obama to finish us off. But giving up is all that Rush can say so that’s all we need to know.

I know I’m giving not up even though Rush said I should. YES we got kicked in the ash by this deal, but I really don’t give a damn what Limbaugh or anyone else says about what the future of my country will be. It will be up to me and other TEA partiers to save America and that is what we will do.

Rush might think we will accept “It can’t be fixed because it is in the budget from last year and the year before that and so on,” but he is very wrong, very wrong indeed!

Limbaugh can sit in a mud puddle sucking up dirty water, feeling sorry for himself and, but I’ll keep fighting. I have a family to protect and a nation to preserve so I don’t have the luxury of self-pity…..

It is over, I heard Rush today, he was right on. They gave Obama a 2.4 Trillion dollar free spending pass, at his press conference all Obama did was talk about, guess what? Stimulus and Infrastructure, because, you know, those things create jobs (puke). All of the money is going to to to the unions and therefore right back into the democratic relection funds, specifically Obama's. Either way, Obama wins or loses, the country is so damn broke we can NEVER, EVER recover, it's impossible. The country is ruined, over, done fer. That was he goal from the start, and he's been damn effective at it.

I'm not a quitter, I'm a realist, so is Rush. I'm sure those in Rome who loved the senate tried everything to keep it going and thought it would never really die, but died she did, and so shall this country, and very soon.

Sounds to me like Rush had too much faith in the conservative base who didn't live up to his expectations. So why should he be faulted for that?

So who you want in your locker room at halftime, the coach who tells you you're only down 21 points and tries to motivate you or the coach in the locker room who says you're down 21 points so just do what you can to stop them from scoring more?

1) there is no where to move, because as bad as it is here, we're still the last best hope.

2) I agree the bill sucks. Come on. Everyone knew this was going to happen a week ago, and it's not a "sellout" and it's not a "conspiracy." It's the way the political system was set up by the Founders to ensure that you don't get radical, rapid change without majorities in both houses and the pres. Well, guess what? The Dems pulled that off in 2008, and more important, THEIR majority for the first time in years was a hard-core radical majority (vs. ours in 2004 which was, at best, a middle of the road majority).

IT IS ONLY NOW THAT WE WILL SEE WHAT THE TEA PARTY IS MADE OF, because it takes several elections of hard-core people to turn the country around, not one quick fix. Don't like Boehner? Vote him out and replace him with someone more reliable. But if the Tea Party people all throw up their hands and say "what's the use," that is exactly what the Dems have NOT done year after year after year. When they didn't win with their middle-of-the-roaders in 2002 and 2004, they brought in radicals. I say we try that . . . again, and again, and again.

I listened to Rush almost every day, and every year. I know David personally, and I'm here to tell you---if you bother to review the archives---that he said a) Hillary would not run, and if she ran, he said she'd lose; then he said the Clintons control Washington and she would win the nomination in 2008. He also was, I repeat, very optimistic in 2006. I know, I listened the day before the election for reassurance. Rush is right a lot, but not all the time and his mis-calls on Hillary have been among his worst.

He said that she wouldn't dare risk losing and therefore would never run in the senate race.

Finally, I do not understand how it can possibly be that conservative writers are still addressing Obama as if he is actually trying to help the economy, but his well-intentioned policies are failing.

Obama is the enemy. Obama is a Marxist-Communist usurper and puppet front for a cabal of Marxist-Communists who are actively trying to destroy the United States of America. Everything they have done, are doing, and will do has the single goal of collapsing and destroying the U.S. economy, military, constitutional government and culture. No, the point of the post was---before you got all pissy---that Rush is not always correct in his analysis or perceptions. He has been wrong about a number of things---not most, but several.

And the point of this debate is, we all know the deal is not good. Is it the best the GOP can do? I have to side with people like Allen West who say yes. But is it a good deal? No.

Great. Been there, done that. What we need from our conservative analysts now is a strategy and direction forward. I quit listening to Hannity some time ago because he never seemed to really analyze anything, just whine. Rush knows better, and I'm waiting for him to snap out of it.
