Sarah Palin: Quite appalling to be called a terrorist by Vice President

Posted by on Aug 1, 2011

Sarah Palin said that though Tea Party members are used to being labeled as racists and inciters of violence, she found it especially appalling that the second in command of the most powerful office in the world would say that Tea Party members are acting like terrorists.

Regarding the debt limit deal, she went on to say that while it is a victory to change the debate toward talking about the debt, there is much more work to be done. She does acknowledge that the debt limit deal is a step in the right direction but she doesn’t like giving what she believes may be the most liberal President in US history another 2 trillion dollars that we don’t have with no major reforms:

[Here's the interview of Palin on Greta a short time ago.]

Palin on Debt bill

They'll try, but it's not going to work imho.

I'm not suggesting that this was a good deal, but what did you think they could do? One of the few reasonable outcomes came from this fight: Obama and the dems have shown they only want to spend more, have no solution, and their popularity is markedly down. There is no where for the dems to go if we double dip because they will own it.

We'll see what happens. I'm not happy, but am not sure what else could have been done barring full fledged revolution.

There is no victory here. Not even a step in the right direction. This “deal” does nothing about our out of control spending or skyrocketing debt and, in fact, authorizes the largest borrowing/spending binge and the largest national debt for any country in world history! And therefore will bring on the largest tax increase in world history, whether that tax is an actual levied tax on the people or an inflation tax or an interest rate tax or a fall in the dollar tax or a depressed economy tax or a loss of jobs tax. Most likely ALL of the above! And it dilutes our fiscally responsible vote in the House and it turns undue power over to the senate, the dems, the RINOS and the Marxist Obama himself! It’s startling how BAD this deal actually is and how badly our GOP “leadership” handled it. It’s total capitulation by our side! It amounts to taxation without representation!!

Our country is headed for national bankruptcy and our GOP leadership is lost in a state of incompetency, impotency, cowardice and denial. It’s institutionalized insanity!!

This must be repealed by the next congress and the spending/taxing/borrowing death spiral STOPPED!! It’s way past time for fiscally responsible, sane adults to take charge!!

Stop the spending, stupid! Cut up the credit cards! Repeal all this big spending, big taxing, big borrowing, big government nonsense!! And repeal ObamaCommieCare while we’re at it!!

Restore our constitutionally LIMITED government!!

Rebellion is brewing!!

Vote the corrupt bastard OUT and tea party conservatives IN!! We must take the majority!!

It’s like this wasn’t actually a donation to Free Republic. It was a payoff to Jim Robinson to let him lie by omission. At least that is what you would think IF you didn’t KNOW THE DAMN CONTEXT!!!

Great catch and post!

Pretty much like how the lobbyist buy the politicians!

I agree, but it will take more than one election cycle. In the meantime, the trend in some of the states is looking better. The Wisconsin recall elections will go a long way toward determining whether that trend continues.

I agree. I think all of us agree that we want Obama to own his own putrid economy in the view of voters. I did not want to see him wiggle out of it by blaming the GOP for rising interest rates.

All of us hate raising the debt ceiling, but I think seeing Obama reelected and Pelosi speaker again would be worse.

My *initial* betting is that it's fake.

The video of the episode is here.

(Go to about the 17:00 mark to begin that segment).

The date is July 22, 2009...the location (I am not kidding) is "Small Town, USA".

The politician, supposedly a mayoral candidate is called "Musket Mary".

I tried Googling a number of combinations of musket, death, mayor, mayoral, candidate, bayonet, and July 22, 2009.

Nothing.

Worth noting is the Dr. who describes the mechanism of death (rupture of a cerebral blood vessel followed by impalement on the bayonet and stabbing of the brain stem) is Dr. Boyd Flinders, who is an *orthopedist* in (get this)...

North Hollywood.

Not to mention the candidate in the dramatization stopping to consult handwritten notes on her palm ("Freedom Good, Taxes Bad") ; and railing against bankers and CEOs (typical liberal projection of their hatred onto the Tea Party)...and the humorous name for the means of death -- "Tea Bagged".

Oh, and the narrator? Gustavo Arellano.

Like shooting fish in a barrel.

Only question is how much Soros/The White Hut paid them to put this out there /sarc>/snark>

Cheers!

You may dance on my freeper account the day I am banned.

I wouldn’t hold your breath waiting for that day if I were you.

I agree that you are a romneybot troll, that’s all.

Good examples of my point are posts 34, 88, 119, and 42.

I really do believe what JR wrote in those posts regarding your trolling and being a romneybot.

Weird, two people agree on who a romneybot troll is and you think in terms of “blind faith”, it doesn’t even make any sense.

Is this your new romneybot troll thing, to post here every couple of days, dissing JR and me with religious insults?

I was out for a couple of days.

You are delusional if you think you could fool any intelligent freeper with your baseless claims of “religious insults”, or your attempt to equate yourself with the owner of this site.

Now you want to post a bunch of little insults on an old thread, go find a Mormon thread to keep yourself busy.

do you live in California? It’s like 2am here.

I’m simply noting that your faith in your ability to discern support for a candidate is blind. And all the more bizarre since I’ve pointed out your error many times.

The essence of blind faith is asserting falsehoods as fact based on no discernable evidence.

Quoting other freepers isn’t evidence; I had more respect for you when you at least had the courage of your own wrong-headed convictions, before you decided you had to rely on appeal to authority to cover your own inability to present any evidence for your beliefs.

Says the romneybot, you have no credibility on anything.

It seems that rather than express your anger openly at JR, you want to release your pent up anger for JR calling you out for your devoted Romney support, at me.

I respond to each person for the things that person says to me. I responded to others on this thread.

Your inability to provide any evidence for your own words is demonstrated by your attempts to drag other freepers into comments clearly directed at your own failure.

BTW, you again demonstrate your inability to read minds, or to devine intent, with your unsupported and false belief that I have any anger to express toward the owner of this site, much less any pent up anger. I find your posts quite funny, and enjoy tweaking you and watching you jump.

But it is nice to see you haven’t lost your inflated sense of self-worth — but rest assured, you aren’t JR’s faithful flak jacket.

No, I just think that you are outraged at someone, and it isn’t me.

I can't control what false notions you "think". I told you you were wrong, but I can't make you accept the truth.

But you can be assured that I'm not outraged at you. I find you entertaining. As I said, you are my favorite stalker. Who else could I get to carry on an absurd discussion nobody cares about at 2 in the morning on a Friday night?

Maybe you are confused about where this particular subthread started, since you've taken it all over the board since then. Some other freeper disputed my claim that I support Sarah Palin, and I asked him to provide a sliver of evidence to back up his claim, and he responded by pinging you into the thread.

I pointed out that me disagreeing with you had nothing to do with Sarah Palin. You responded with this doozy: You pride yourself on being slick and staying between the lines of trolling yet surviving.

You have yet to provide any evidence that I "pride myself" on this point -- it was an absurd claim, since I dispute your underlying assertion that I am trolling.

You seem to think that finding another freeper who calls me a troll proves your claim that I pride myself in something

But now you are saying that I am angry about being called a surviving troll; I hope you understand how contradictory it is to claim that I pride myself in something that makes me angry when other people notice it.
