Zantham gum? Isn’t that another one of those manufactured corn byproducts?

Zantham Gum is produced by taking a common bacterial mat that forms on the surfaces of vegetables and gives them those big black spots. You put it in a water/corn mixture.

Next thing you know ya got the right stuff and you purify it a bit and stick it in your food!
