Alramakh breaks into AL RA MAKH ~ which is kind of funny since it's got mixed grammatical elements (which makes it terribly difficult to translate since my knowledge of Arabic is limited). However, it could mean "From Mecca", or "On the way to Mecca", or "Turned around at Mecca" ~ and that sort of confusion in grammer means this guy has an old noble family name if he's Arabic, or just a made up name if he's not.
He could be a rich Saudi or a poor Yemeni.
The President of Yemen carries a surname of Saleh.
