After you submit your info a page asks if you want your name posted or anonymous. The default is anonymous. You have to check the box to be posted.
I don’t recall it asking me that information. It used to but the last two times I donated, it did not. It may be my computer. I’ve had things go wrong and mysteriously start working again for no reason.
