Justice Kagan Embraces Sharia Law That Would Kill Her
bigpeace.com ^ | July 9, 2011 | Dan Friedman

As a liberal, Jew, and lesbian, Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan would face three capital counts against her in a Sharia court of law. Though, my guess is the “liberal” and the “Jew” in her are enough to explain Justice Kagan’s suicidal embrace of Islamic law. Of course, it’s too late now but a writer named Kevin A. Lehmann has done the vetting the Senate was supposed to do, and in the process, uncovered some of Kagan’s “opinions” about sharia written before the fact Obama planted her in a lifetime job on The Supreme Court

Obama has turned everything into a crisis thus invoking confusion amongst all. The guy is waffling, flipping, doing things that do not make any sense thus inevitably fail. His gun runner idea? Not thought through like the rest. Just something to create a crisis and new problems to politicize and direct attention to while he is doing his sleight of hand.

You are absolutely right in his agenda and America needs to wake up and quit taking the MSM kisses. Our government? Look at why Obama is still there ins pite of the definition of natural born... the judges are in there thick and need to be jailed too.

Kagan never struck me as being very bright

The other OblahMao pet Sotomayor is just a hotel housekeeper that hit the jackpot. The nightlite in the hallway is like the noonday sun compared to those 2 Dimbulbs.

Orin Hatch is part of the crowd in Indiana who thought it was OK to put forward Steven David as a candidate for appointment to the state supreme court.

Governor Daniels selected him, and there he was. Next thing you know he was writing the decision for the court just as if he were following Sharia standards. First was the matter of an agrieved woman who'd called the cops. She was completely ignored in the court and the slightest utterance by the man in the case was given at least double the weight of anything she said.

Justice David had worked as chief counsel for the GITMO AlQaida prisoners. Apparantly they turned him.

Now we have TWO OF THESE PEOPLE ~ Kagan and David. We should have NONE of them!

“I am convinced it is really Kevin Jameson in drag.”

I think she looks more like Spence from the King of Queens.

“Is Kagan “out?””

Here ‘partner’ is out...so she might as well be considered out too. That was really the only way she would have had the necessary credibility for such a position.

"While I do believe she lied. They will not do anything about it."

It's very doubtful the senate would convict as long as the senate is owned by democrats. But after 2012 it's possible.

However, I think the house may well demand that she recuse herself from Obamacare decisions, and if she does not, it increases the case against her should the republicans attempt an impeachment after 2012.

if that article on her support of Sharia law is anything close to accurate, we really need to get her off of the bench. That's the problem with putting a homosexual on the bench in the first place. Most of them are so antagonistic to Christian values that they would embrace complete darkness just to poke Christians in the eye.

My father’s old adage, “too much book learning, not enough common sense” no longer applies because in the wake of the ATL cheating scandal and affirmative action in higher education the acquisition of book learning is tainted now.
