there is a good reason why the majority of Conservatives, and almost all of our commentators and elected officials will not touch this.

Hey pothead - those that won't "touch" it is because they are like YOU - Sh*t for brains.

They stand idly by while a kenyan usurper is destroying OUR COUNTRY!

I'm not going to do it, but if someone else could, more power to them! And what be that that I will not be as to doing?

Posting photos of these malevolent and no-account layabouts who have some sort of OCD motive for chasing and mocking "birthers"! The photos I have seen are true "Profiles in Sadsackism".

There is no doubt that Mr. “I vote present” wasn't vetted properly. And it was disgusting that the meme “Palling around with terrorists” was not the theme of the campaign against him.

But everybody knew that his father was a foreign national. It was only after the election that suddenly on FR lots of people ‘knew’ and were ‘taught in grade school’ that a natural born citizen needed two citizen parents - and to be born in country - a criteria that NEITHER candidate for the Presidency in 2008 met.

Everyone else, from our political parties, the majority of the American electorate, our Justices, our Representatives in Congress - all seem to think that only naturalized citizens are excluded under Article II section 1.

But that is an entirely different argument than “Where is the Birth Certificate?” and that the first (and now the second - as anyone could predict) are “obviously fake”.

The focus of the WND birther crowd was “Where is the Birth Certificate?”.

Apparently nobody but 0bama liked the answer to that question.

Now it is on coffee mugs and T-shirts - to rub salt into the gaping wound in the credibility of the birthers.

What really panics world leaders, including the ruling class in the USA, is the sight of Greek citizens out in the streets, refusing to be led by their legislators or the EU big shots who are taking over their country for a $40 billion loan.

This morning, the laboriously constructed EU bailout plan of the Greek banks is reported to be rejected by 75% of the populace, which could make voting for the plan next Tuesday political suicide for Greek legislators.

Our Founders rejected the notion of a democracy in favor of a representative republic. Greece shows us the wisdom of their thinking. Of course, in order to win power, our politicians rejected that wisdom. In the future, the US government may well cower inside the Capitol in fear of the violent protestors in the streets of D.C. The patience of citizens does have limits.

Ridicule is the proper social response to the ridiculous.

Those who acted shamefully need to be shamed.

Birthers need to eat crow and like it.

Half have and have moved on. The other half just go deeper down the rabbit hole to Alex Jones level conspiracy theory mongering.

Good luck with that - hope you don't take your talk of insurrection too seriously - because you guys are a joke!

You ARE disturbed if you are equating ‘truthers’ with birthers.
OMuslim is NOT elgible for POTUS.
His father as a Kenyan and NEVER a U.S. Citizen,

To be a “Natural Born Citizen” BOTH parentS MUST be U.S. Citizens at the time of birth,

His Father was NOT! Obama NOT eligible.

Futhermore; the ‘birth certificate’ he recently presented is a phony. This has been proven.

This WILL eventually come out.
Afterbirthers need to face the facts.

When was the first time you advanced that argument? Before the election? Why is this legal theory that is apparently so obvious now, never advanced here on FR during the election?

You had three years to show that the short form COLB was an “obvious fake”, yet nobody important seems convinced.

Do you plan on doing anything different this time to make the truth “eventually come out”?

After not doing anything different, do you actually expect a different result?

HOW do you intent to make the truth “eventually come out”, by having articles in WND and CFP say so? By the legal expertise of Orly Taitz?

What is the path forward where this all comes out roses for us?

I like the Sam Adams quote on your personal FR page. Therefore I offer this help for you.

Samuel Adams:

Our contest is not only whether we ourselves shall be free, but whether there shall be left to mankind an asylum on earth for civil and religious liberty.

I’m counting 9 out of 28 posts on this thread so far that are from one person who seems to be oddly obsessed with debunking, insulting, and ridiculing the “birthers.” If we’re on the losing side, what should it matter to him?

You think a release that destroyed the candidacy of the guy who championed it

I think you are referring to Donald Trump. And if you haven't considered the possibility that Trump was colluding with Obama to bury the the BC issue, then you are not playing with a full deck. Pretty amazing wasn't it that Mr. Trump got invited onto all those left wing MSM TV shows to talk BC and Jerome Corsi has been rejected by all the same shows. Pretty amazing isn't it that all the investigators Mr. Trump said he had working for him all vanished as soon as the acting President released his infamous pdf; and Mr. Trump has said virtually nothing about what he thinks of the pdf's authenticity. All he has said that I am aware of is that he is proud that he is the one who made Obama release what he released.

Trump is a fraud. I say this sadly as one who had been taken in, as some of my earlier posts here will show.

It matters because a lot of the birther stuff, at this point, has become an embarassment. It's like we have our own loony "truther" movement.

Canada Free (and worth what you pay for it) Press.

It's the WND of the north! And this crazy article appears to be trying to compare birthers to the militia at Lexington and Concord and calling for a second American revolution over this ridiculous birth certificate issue.

Loony tunes conspiracy theory madness.

You know what's really going to be amusing? When Palin, Perry or Bachmann end up picking Marco Rubio as their VP running mate. Are the birthers going to declare Rubio is not an NBC and refuse to vote for what would likely be a solid conservative Republican ticket? Personally, I think most will just realize the courts don't agree with them and abandon the entire issue, but there will probably be a few fanatical hold outs who will post all kinds of crazy stuff.

None of your points applied when this issue was brought up BEFORE the election. What was your reason then? Regardless, YES WE STILL ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. Well, the MURDER was so long ago. She is an adult now, no need to bring up the molestation now. Look at all the good works the priest is doing today, what good would it do to kick him out. Is the usurpation of the presidency any less serious? Not worth the trouble? No matter the cost, he must be exposed! Now, I would disagree that everything Obama did would be null and void. He IS president. Article 2 - The Executive Branch Section 1 - The President “.......No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be ELIGIBLE to the Office of President........” el·i·gi·ble/ˈelÉ™jÉ™bÉ™l/Adjective1. Having the right to do or obtain something; satisfying the appropriate conditions. Obama was not ELIGIBLE, but he was elected, he got the votes of the electors, he was approved by Congress, and he was sworn in. (twice) (once on the bible, once on the Koran, LOL I just couldn’t help myself)) He IS (capital, IS) the president. He SHOULDN’T be, yet he IS.

trump was never a serious candidate. the fact that 0bama bent to him is hilarious

any that claim to be conservative expect the Constitution to be adhered to. it’s pretty much a requirement.

to be a nation of laws, you must adhere to the foundations at a bare minimum. that is plainly obvious to those with a minimally functioning frontal lobe.

only RINOs and libtards take the position you now occupy.

They sense it as an existential threat.

It is. It is s societal choice between living on top of a false-foundation of the apparent order of that’s-just-the-way-things-are, or to acknowledge the facts the the health of the foundations of society are not inferred by the society’s continuing ability to stand upon them, but by careful inspection of the foundations themselves.

Lawyers (and professors too) operate in that area which connects house to foundation. Those beams and lintels will have to be cut and removed in order to fix the foundation. The foundation is rotted, termite infested. Many of the beams are infested.

Those whose careers are build on certifications and degrees in law and law-related areas will find their franchises gone. The birther-chasers are aware of that, strongly. Maybe not consciously, but certainly some form of awareness of the existential threat the deposing and unmasking of Obama would pose to their future.

Another analogy is to that of the court, the courtiers and establishment of a emperor and imperial city.

IMO, they’ll be gone either way.

If it's such an embarrassment why do you show up on every eligibility thread?

What's your agenda?

Yeah, lawyers - like Ann Coulter. Do you wonder why those with actual legal expertise are against you? While the most brilliant legal mind on your side is.... this....?

Is that the best you can do, advance an ad hominum attack against someone who has actually gotten into Court and made some pretty good arguments, not all dismissed.

When was the last time Ann Coulter made an argument in legal proceeding that she initiated?
