Bristol Palin dishes on cheating baby daddy Levi Johnston in new book

Sarah Palin's daughter is proving hell hath no fury like an Alaskan scorned - especially one with publishing contacts.

A cheeky Bristol Palin writes in her new book, due out next week, that her romance with ex-beau Levi Johnston - he of Playgirl fame - was one of "deception and disappointment."

He "cheated on me about as frequently as he sharpened his hockey skates," Palin penned of the bad boy for whom she first fell in seventh grade.

The "Dancing with the Stars" vet goes on to denigrate her former flame as "the gnat named Levi Johnston," in the teenage tell-all, entitled "Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far."

My point is she needs to grow up and stop living her life in one event. The only thing this book will do is hurt her Mother.

First of all, you haven't even read Bristol's book, so you don't know how it will affect her mother. I just did a Google search on Bristol, and the MSM has nothing but negative comments about her.

The MSM hates Bristol and Sarah for even having their babies when they could have had abortions.

In spite of obama, it's still a free country, and Bristol has the right to tell her story. Young girls should read it so they don't make her mistakes.

Liberals out there hate Sarah and Bristol, regardless of what they do.

Ugh, an autobiography at 20 years old?

This girl just needs to go away!

I read the article at two different sites. The comments that followed were very critical of Bristol and Sarah. That worries me.

Then why did you read this article?

Bristol is trying to make a living for her son. Also she is trying to help others in her situation.

Get over YOURself.

“First of all, you haven’t even read Bristol’s book...”

I read the excerpts. Do you really think it is an honorable thing to tell the world (and your child when he is old enough to read this stuff) that she was “deflowered” during a camping trip after she “passed out”? I understand that many do not like the Palin’s (the media in general). However, adding some gas to the political fire is not wise. Of course, she has the “right” to do what she pleases. I just wish that she would stop and THINK a minute about consequences of her actions.

Consider the source. NYT readers?

Bristol dancing her heart out in DWTS, where she made a ton of money. I support her and hope she can weather all the negative comments about her in the MSM.

“Then why did you read this article?”

I happen to like Sarah Palin. That is why I read the article! If she is trying to truly make a living for her son then she has to look toward the future and stop relying on her last name. That will only last so long. If she was truly trying to “help others in her situation” then she would so something to improve her life and the life of her child. A G.E.D. is a good starting point.. not a “tell all” book about her “deflowering”.

I read the excerpts.

Haven’t you realized by now that ‘excerpts’ are meant to peak interest and sensationalize?

When Mama ain’t happy…ain’t nobody happy.

Actually, Bristol has been remarkably mature and restrained about all this. Especially compared to Ricky Hollywood.

After reading the negative comments from so-called Sarah Palin supporters here, I'm going to buy this book. Some people here on FR haven't even read the book, and they're trashing Bristol for writing it.

Her son needs to hear what his dad really is so he doesn’t expect better and have dreams of a guy who doesn’t exist.

If the jerk had cared about his son, he would’ve immediately set out to get a job, provide for him, and at the same time get an education and make something of himself. He chose instead to gig tabloid talk dissing the child’s mother and family and displaying the morals of an alley cat sniffing heat.

Bristol was a young girl taken advantage of by a jock with the ‘I love you and if you love me, you’d have sex with me.’ How many teenage girls have fallen for that old krap and been abandoned by the great jock lover?

Oh, he was just a kid, doing what kids do, you know, boys will be boys, you say? How many girls did you talk into the back seat of your Chevy with such NONSENSE?

Bristol can now raise her son with a better sense of responsibility for his actions than his father displayed. And she can teach young girls not to fall for this krap!

It was nice having Levi Johnston absent from the news. Now he and his innuendos about the Palin family will be back as the media seeks his response to the book. Thanks a bunch Bristol.

And don’t forget to tune in for her new reality show.

Yahoo.com comments are not nice, either. Seems a lot of people don’t care for Bristol. For Sarah’s sake, I wish she would go away.

“You make alot of sense”.

Thank you! I am in no way bashing Sarah Palin. I truly like Sarah. What I am seeing is that this book will certainly give fodder to the media and anti-Palin people. I certainly can separate the difference between Mother and daughter but many can’t. That being said, when a young woman has a child out of wedlock and chooses to keep that child (not allow the child to be adopted) then she has to grow up and start living their life for their child instead of themselves. Sarah has to be in the spotlight if she wants to run for the presidency etc.. However, her daughter “chooses” to stay in the spotlight. That is the difference and concerning to me.

The biggest negative about the book is that, it is going to bring Levi back into the spotlight and to a second round in the interview and gossip circles, and he’ll end up being a “winner” with the money he’ll demand. Hopefully, some of that money will go towards support of their child.
