Sarah Palin's emails, is she laughing now?
All Voices ^ | June 10, 2011 | Stephanie Ealy

Update: The emails have arrived and the news outlets are going NUTS!! It looks like the 2008 courtship between Palin and McCain is the first to hit the beat and there's a whole lot more! (See links below) Will Sarah Palin have the last laugh? That's exactly what the Huffington Post is asking in their article about her infamous emails being released today. They are gulping at the prospect that they will be humbled by the fact that maybe there is something in the content of Sarah Palin's emails that will redeem her reputation. The Huff is wondering, "Have they and many Americans been wrong about Palin."

They have requested all the 24,195 of Sarah Palin's emails be sent to them and they have reporters waiting and on assignment to handle this possible hotbed of correspondence.

Has most of America been wrong about Sarah Palin? We shall soon find out when all the couriers drop off the copied emails to the news sites. It should be a weekend of a lot of over time for journalists in the news world as there is no doubt in my mind Sarah Palin has something to say and her news sells!!!

Afterall, this is what the Huffington Post's site says, "SARAH PALIN, SOME NEWS IS SO BIG IT NEEDS ITS OWN PAGE"

It keeps bacfiring on them. You'd think they'd figure it out sooner or later.

We freepers should participate. Already some conservative websites are saying there’s stuff here that makes Palin look very good indeed.

The French still cannot get over Sarkozy, with this constant weird obsessive scrutiny or portrayals of him as some kind of Americanized capitalist cop.

A psychiatrist labeled it some kind mental disease affecting the French media and people.

As I said on another thread, Sarah is like Queen Esther. Her enemies are busy building gallows to hang her on. But instead they end up hanging like Haman!

When your enemy is destoying itself, step aside, observe and say nothing.

Hey. I read over at DU that they have the smoking gun email. She is toast now. Forget any Presidential run. Apparently she used improper syntax on a correspondence in email #13,456. What an evil, evil woman.

Look for them to howl at being ‘tricked’ into presenting her in a good light even when trying to denigrate her.

Does anyone know why these e-mails were released? Did Sarah authorize their release? Was a lawsuit filed forcing their release?

I don’t remember ever hearing about a massive e-mail or document dump from a very recent office holder as is happening here. I’m sure the liberals wanted to go on a fishing expedition to find something to make Sarah look bad.

Heck the LA Times, Wash Post, and maybe others, were asking their readers to help them sift through all the e-mails and make notes of what should be reported.

Can we expect similar data dumps from Obama or others?

The document release is part of a Freedom of Information Act request filed in 2008 by news organizations and private citizens shortly after Palin was chosen as Sen. John McCain’s running mate on the Republican presidential ticket. Friday’s release will cover all of the emails Palin sent, received or was copied on using her official state address from her inauguration in December 2006 through September 2008 — the month after McCain tapped her to be the vice presidential nominee.

It’s not standard, and was the result of a lawsuit or FOI Act request as belonging to the public from her time as governor of Alaska. It is very much the left looking for anything to make her look bad, but it will backfire on them as it will show, is showing now, that she’s indeed quite competent, making futile lots of mainstream media resources spent in denigrating her.

In no way, shape, or form can we now expect similar data dumps from the current White House resident.

The funniest part of that piece was that they referred to Fey as a "Major Film Star". Yeah right.

Fey is TV and Box Office poison. 30 Rock is constantly called "the funniest TV show no one watches" in TV guide.

The spin has already started. FOX radio of all places seems to be leading the charge. It is all about the "tanning booth" in Alaska! I'm listening to the radio and FOX news of all. The occupation media is flailing already.

FOX is dead to me.

That would be something Freepers should do. The media is not going to do it for her or on its own.

This is going to be a huge let down for the Left.

The one thing the Left Media, especially on-line media like Huffington Post, have had to deal with is hysterically angry readers demanding that there be a whole lot less coverage of Palin.

I had seen it with my own eyes. Post after post of Leftist morons wailing that Palin was being pumped up simply by the huge amount of coverage she was getting and that they were just generally sick of hearing about Sarah Palin all the time. And in response I had seen Huffington Post and others defend themselves that Palin was news that they had to cover.

But now the Left was offered RED MEAT on the table in connection with Palin but all they get is the left overs with nary a meaty morsel in sight.

This is going to severely depress the Left. By election time they will fail to cast a ballot because subconsciously they will be drawn to a Sarah Palin Presidency simply so they can bitch at Palin and try to pin blame on her.
