You know, look this is a humanitarian you know, youre smart enough to see this, Carville said. People, you know, if it continues, were going to start to see civil unrest in this country. I hate to that, but I think its imminently possible. Now, mind you, George W. Bush and Sarah Palin have not mastered the English language. They are clearly stupid. But, from Carville's oh-so-articulate explanation above, you can see he's a genius.
