Mitt Romney and/or Jon Hunstman, who are the most likely GOP candidates to lose to Obama. No wonder MSNBC promotes them so much as a good will gesture to the GOP.

I have no doubt that another Jounolist is out there from which all of these hacks draw their cookie-cutter talking points.

When obama learns how many states there are I’ll pay attention to the blunders of other politicians.

Do these journ-o-lists think that Gov Sarah Palin is unaware of their predictable game plan? Do they think she hasn't already formulated political moves designed to blow them out of the water? Do they really think she is stupid? Do they think she's been napping and watching Gilligan's Island reruns instead of thinking tactics and strategy 24/7?
Sarah operates in her own unconventional mode. It's never been seen before at this level and the rats have no idea what's in store for them. They'll be caught up in the lib echo chamber and in the end, they won't know what hit them.

Thanks for the post. “Caining Palin” is a good play but will fail even with the white guilt crowd.
IMHO, The defining moments for Palin will be her first call for contributions after she announces and the enormous response that call will receive.
For those who have not met Sarah or been in a venue where she has had a chance to work with the crowd; prepare to become a believer. Sarah being on the stage with other candidates will be like nothing we have ever seen.
I need satisfaction. I want payback. I want to punish. I may be weak and easily put upon but Sarah Palin will be my strong voice and I am willing to pay for the opportunity. I need a champion to lead and I want it to be a woman and I want that woman to be Sarah Palin.
I only need to make a decision once and my decision has been made.

(Social Conservatives+Tea Party) / (Sarah Palin+Michelle Bachmann + Herman Cain) = Romney wins in early primaries Yup.
That's their new formula. It's a bit more risky for them than the old formula.
(Social Conservatives+Tea Party) / (Sarah Palin+Evangelical Huckster + Angry Guy with Bad Hair) = Romney wins in early primaries
But the two Denominators have left the premises.

I hope she plays rope a dope w the media, letting them beat her up over and again until Americans get sick of the garbage then their threats will have worn out.

I am to the point now where I hope my vote for Sarah pains the media as much as a swift kick to the gonads...blinding, excruciating agony.

I hope Palin runs. She’s my first choice. Cain is my second.
If I can’t vote for Sarah Palin I’ll be proud as a peacock to vote for Herman Cain. The others don’t impress me a bit.

If the Tea Party wants to win or even to have a voice in the party platform they need to back Palin. Latest rasmuseen poll shows Bachmann losing to Obama by 23pts. However the atest Gllup and Rasmuseen poll shows Palin only down 10 pts. She needs a 6pt swing to win the WH. Now polls are meaningless this far out but they do tell you some big trends. And the polls are showing Cain and Bachmann as unelectable.
the only chance the Tea party has at a candidate that not only mouths what the Tea party believes but lives it is PAlin.
The quicker the Tea party rallies around Palin the faster they become a player not only at the POTUS race but also in Congress.
If Palin is the leader or close second in the POTUS race Congress will be more likely to not upset her supporters and will tend to craft bills during this year that the Tea party supports.
the days of the Tea Party not having a leader are over. If the tea party wants to be a player in DC they need to rally around a leader. Just look at NY26 and what the dems will do with a leaderless TEA party. They will run fake 3rd party candidates the GOP will do the same thing and the TEa party will quickly be forgotten.
the next phase
