Bottom line: it ain’t worth it. Even if we could prove it, by the time any judicial action could be taken, his grandchildren could be POTUS.
We need to concentrate on making him a 1-termer. The birther thing ain’t gonna get that done.
IMHO, even if we had ALL the goods on BHO, including all his criminal activities in Illinois, etc., it would still probably not be wise to pursue it. For one thing, if BHO were ever prosecuted the “natives” would raise so much hell that it might constitute the VERY SORT of violence that Cloward & Piven dreamed of ginning up.
Much better to defeat him in 2012, and let the Country recover from the terrible nightmare it has been experiencing. Now as to the arrest and prosecution of EVERY last one of the dimocRATS, beginning with Pelosi, who signed off on his citizenship, etc., which propelled him into the White Hut; THEIR hides should be nailed to the barn door! And at THAT point, it MIGHT be feasible to prosecute HIM, as well. I think the key is; you MUST prosecute WHITEY FIRST. And once all the white cretans are in the slammer, it might be feasible to bring BHO to justice, too.

The filing of criminal complaints are coming down the pike...this will capture the attention of the nation as well as the foreign media.
