That’s neat. The Wikipedia entry has it as a convertible helicopter/autogyro. I’ve always wondered why that combo has never been commercially or militarily successful.

RoadKingSE has tha answer to that. The props will have been shot off by the door gunner.

Pretty basic, in my estmation, A fixed airfoil on the starboard side to compensate for retreating blade stall.
The ad claims 3000 mph capability.

Ridiculous looking contraption.Euro (French Primarily is my guess) manhood envy response to the Skikorsky's X2 which IMHO is a game changer vs.this Euro Kludge which is unworkable, just look at it, vs. the X2 below....
