This is moving way to fast. We'd better watch this close.

Just yesterday, the Indiana SC came down with this decision - nullifying the ‘Castle Doctrine” that gave us protection in our homes since 1215 (Magna Carta) - and again in our 4th Amendment -”modern Fourth Amendment???

Thus rules the court:
“We believe ... a right to resist an unlawful police entry into a home is against public policy and is incompatible with modern Fourth Amendment jurisprudence,...”
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/05/15/indiana-high-court-rules-people-resist-illegal-entry-police-homes/
No “RIGHT to resist UNLAWFUL POLICE ENTRY”

And the Sheriff is ready to roll today.

This smells. Is this the spearhead movement? Do they plan on pushing this from state to state - or when it gets to the SCOTUS, which it must, do they already have the votes to declare it valid?

This sheriff is widening the ‘right to search’ ANYONE'S house “at random” - meaning they wouldn't even need a hint of cause.

We are in deep doo doo, folks.

It no longer shocks me that the government is actively rolling back every inch of our liberty. It is shocking that they now feel that they can openly discuss it without any significant blowback. This does indeed indicate that the “awkward time” is just about over.

"We believe ... a right to resist an unlawful police entry into a home is against public policy and is incompatible with modern Fourth Amendment jurisprudence,..."

That's only the plutocracy tightening up to fewer members. Welcome to the poor side of town, and enjoy the slide (to default). It's the only scenario that can provide a chance (low or worthless revenues, setting the environment back to small government).

* Avoid buying anything that you don't really need.

* Do something to become more self-sufficient each month--especially in regards to energy costs.

* Practice a hobby of manufacturing some necessity.

* Reject and ridicule contemporary politics.

Have fun.

“And the Sheriff is ready to roll today.”

Somebody in Indianna needs to move for some kind of expedited appeal to the USSC. RIGHT NOW.

The ruling wasn’t yesterday, and the sheriff was called on the phone by some guy and supposedly said this.

Hm... how to put this.

I dont care WHAT the court says... if someone UNLAWFULLY breaks into my house, they are getting shot.

If it is the police making “a mistake” they better damn well expect consequences of their mistake - including sitting there with a gun to their head while I call 911 to verify it is a real police.

I have nothing illegal in my home, so I expect no police raid for any reason. So excuse me if I like to protect my home and family- I did not think I would have to protect them from the police.

This sherrif needs a recall election IMMEDIATELY
