Dot Hayer, our correspondent for Northeast Pennsylvania, reports that our Federales, as one suspects they will soon be calling themselves, forced the release of a Mexican man who had been living illegally in this country for six years while apparently fraudulently collecting benefits.
Oswaldo Tlamis-Perez, 30, was stopped by Beaver Meadows Police Chief Chief Michael Morresi for speeding and showed him a Mexican registration card as identification along with two public benefit Access cards bearing different names. He also had $3,000 in cash.
The Access card is an electronic benefits transfer card now used in Pennsylvania in lieu of food stamps.

Then we watch and wait, right?
I mean you are not telling me this for my own good. You wouldn't cry if I got the boot.
You could do that by posting your content here and getting your message out to more people.
Is that not you reason for posting in the first place?
This is about your refusal to abide by the wishes of this site’s owner.
From the Free Republic Main Page, under Disclaimer

Do you intend to continue spamming links to your blog?
Nobody is lobbying for that.
In fact I feel bad when that happens to a blogpimp.
That is not, never has been, a goal. Some of us try hard to prevent it.
True story.
It's simple:
If you have written something and want it to be seen, post it here.
Why is that such a problem?
Partly.
Partly it's to make a point. FR drives traffic to newsites. It could be a small conservative blog. It could be a big liberal old media site.
The liberal sites which hate FR force the excerpting via threats of lawsuits & such.
The conservative sites would not dream of threatening FR.
Now, which sites get the advantage?
All of us should do whatever we can do weaken the liberal sites and strengthen the conservative sites.
We should encourage the conservative sites to excerpt. This is not 1999. Dial-up modems are rare. It's not a huge issue to click on a link.
Further, we should offer constructive criticism to conservative sites rather than jump on their flaws with bloody feet.
And we should encourage those conservative sites which seek promotion on FR to return the favor with links to FR.
It would be a win-win for everybody.
And that's why I'm doing this.
That wasn’t spam. That was a middle finger.
See post 108.
So, regardless of Mr. Robinson’s wishes, you are using his site to make a point you believe is important.
A person who justifies USING another’s property regardless of the owner’s wishes is known as a liberal. Conservatives honor property rights. Were you a conservative you would too.
And I'm not repenting.
That is a serious problem, and it is why we challenge those who exhibit blog pimp behavior. Most of them are serious slime, not someone who is goofing to make a point, as you are.
Posting half an old joke trying to get traffic to click through for the punch line is not promoting conservatism. It is pure blog pimping.
You accused me of thievery because of my proprietary but innocent comment about this site’s being “ours,” and when I defend myself, you accuse me of bragging? Bragging would be a list of time spent and money donated. For all you know I spend five minutes a day and a dollar a month. I didn’t mention the details.
If you’re trying to make friends, you have an outre way of doing it.
Can we call the thread hijackers yet?
I reckon this cholo has done jacked his own thread.
If you think it’s a worthy endeavor, though.. I’ll support it.
Your middle finger concerns me not at all.
When directed at me that is.
Your USING of Free Republic as an advertising platform for
your little blog is a BIG middle finger to Free Republic
and all that it ...WE.. stand for. And that's a problem.
Mostly for you.
As you will learn and hopefully profit from.
I guess if he’s not around to watch the thing go down in flames, it wouldn’t be much fun.
He has issued a challenge, that he will continue blog pimping and being an arrogant and lordly disruptor troll until we deal with him in the usual manner.
For the reasons I gave upthread, his claim to be doing “this” for the good of Free Republic clanks false.
