"Federal code.

And: Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 Again, the question is if he was born in Hawaii and if his mother was in the US for the required amount of time before his birth."

Federal code can not define who a "natural born Citizen" is. If it could, the definition could change of the whim of any congress and actually did in 1790 and 1795. The congress tried it once (extending the known natural law definition) and realized they didn't have the authority to do so. So, the repealed themselves.

Furthermore, just where, in that federal statue (which is found within TITLE 8—ALIENS AND NATIONALITY), is natural born Citizen defined?

It isn't. It only defines who may be a "citizen" if they are born in Hawaii. Fine. Barry is eligibile to be a Senator, a Rep (or state govt official). As Commander in Chief, he is required to be a "natural born Citizen." A higher standard.

Office Citizenship Age Residency (or years citizen)
Commander in Chief natural born Citizen 35 14 years resident
Senator Citizen 30 9 years a Citizen
Represantative Citizen 25 7 years a Citizen
