Cain really needs to bone up on foreign policy (i.e. actually HAVE a foreign policy plan) to play in this league.

As opposed to boy king's foreign policy of "let's disarm and negotiate with the world's terrorists with no preconditions"?

To me the reason Cain comes across this positive is because he showed he has the gonads to take it to Obozo and he is not a politician but rather a straight talker. As someone else poster here, Cain is Trump without the Trump negatives (so far).
