This may have been shown before but I found it extremely interesting. This is a video made, by one who is proficient in Illustrator, of the faked BC of BHO. He downloaded the document from the official WH website and imported it into Illustrator. Look how many 'layers' were added to this thing. And the sloppy techniques that any Illustrator user could spot. But the real question is... nobody cares about this anymore and BHO is the hero of the moment.
I’ve looked at this and it’s a process of extracting the text from the document when an OCR processes it. Its pretty normal. It’s why there’s white on the layer beneath it.

OCR HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS IMAGE~!!!
And even if you turn on OCR the LAYERS are TWO DIFFERENT TYPES (monochrome -vs- greyscale/color) IMPOSSIBLE with one scan, and the layers would not be formed this way.
If you want us to fall for this OCR line then PROVE IT~! Take a printed copy of this BC and REPRODUCE IT with OCR.
Don’t fall for the video links where they use SOME OTHER document- use this one.
To top it off, there seems to be a new doctor - Sinclair -vs- West
He knew for a few days that he could bury (in the news) the fake BC under the body of OBL.
There is absolutely no question the White House version has been intentionally manipulated. Definitive proof below...
There are character duplications throughout the document. No amount of "optimization" or OCR will produce these anomalies. The only way this could happen is by copy and paste.
- The As in "STATE OF HAWAII" and "DEPARTMENT (of health)"
- The Ts, Hs and last two Es in "DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH"
- The first two squares in box #4
- The second square in box#3 and the first square in 7g

Calm the eff down. Makes you sounds more of a lunatic than you already do. I am a long time FR member and big time opponent of the president but im not going to convince myself of things I know better about myself. YouTube "experts" notwithstanding.. Im telling you why those layers are there. Now whether that text has been duplicated is another story, im telling you WHY the text layers are there. Geez.

Just looking at the PDF properties shows it was created from Mac OS X 10.6.7 Quartz PDFContext. I had to install an older Adobe Illustrator CS2 (CS5 kinda confusing) just to see it myself clearly, it's blatantly FAKE!
Oh who was that unarmed guy they executed inside the compound? May be he created fake birth certificate? :-)

There is no way this is OCR - not with duplications and monochrome/greyscale inconsistancies in some of the layers

1) Fact: It is a simple matter to prove one’s natural born citizenship with certifiable, clear, straight forward, transparent, and unambiguous evidence.
2)Fact: Unanointed Americans prove their natural born citizenship in a certifiable and unambiguous manner **routinely** for many reasons.
3)Fact: Obama has NEVER NEVER NEVER proven his natural born citizenship. He still hasn't.
4) Fact: The only “evidence” seen are Internet images of highly dubious origins ( likely forgeries), highly massaged statements from Fukino, and hearsay from Lingle and Abercrombie.

If you open any PDF document using Illustrator, you will see layers...created by Illustrator to try to let you edit the document. I opened a simple PDF procedure page with Illustrator and it created hundreds of layers. Each line of text, every part of the page border, etc., all editable. I don’t know why anyone would normally open a PDF with Illustrator anyway, unless they wanted to create a new class of conspiracy theories.
