The precedent of the imposition of a No Fly Zone over Libya to assert the Right to Protect (R2P) the civilian population from Gadhafi forces has led to its predictable end with the Arab League now demanding the United Nations to send member nations forces to impose a No Fly Zone under R2P the civilians in Gaza from Israeli air strikes. The Arab League has labeled the Israeli retaliatory strikes on terror targets as brutal. Color me shocked as who could have seen this coming down the pike from miles away. Does this mean the Arab League called for the R2P be applied through a No Fly Zone and related military actions against one of the leaders, Muammar Gadhafi, who is despised universally. They saw Gadhafi as an acceptable person to be sacrificed in order to set the necessary precedence in order to enable the call for imposing the same level of force against Israel in order to protect Hamas and allow for Hamas to loose their terror forces free of fear of Israeli retaliation.
This is simply the first step by the Arab League to call for UN imposition of total restrictions on any Israeli actions for self-defense. Next will be the instigative firing of rockets from Lebanon causing an eventual Israeli response. Immediately after Israel uses any air-power to attack the rocket launch sites and weapons stores of Hezballah inside Lebanon there will be the call for R2P the innocent civilians being mercilessly murdered by Israeli aggression. The eventual end being manipulated by the Arab League and both their direct and indirect supporters world-wide will be having the West impose the necessary stranglehold on Israel defending her citizens through the use of R2P and the Libyan example. The move will be to equate Israel with Gadhafi by painting both as viscous oppressors of poor, unfortunate, defenseless Arab civilians. Once Israel has been neutered, then Hamas, Hezballah, Syria, Turkey, Iran, and any other nation wishing to join the assaults will attack Israel with relentless rocket and mortar attacks without fear of any retaliation or deterrent strikes. The only question at this point is, How far gone have the countries in the West fallen and have they permanently and completely lost their moral compass? The reactions, resolutions taken or refused, and acceptances or rejections to this call to paralyze Israeli defensive actions very well may be the determining moment of whether Western society will continue to exist or fall to Sharia Law and a complete loss of freedoms.
The biggest difference between trying to imnpose a no-fly zone over Libya and tr8ing to do so over Israel, is that the Israelis actually have an air force, and no qualms about shooting down hostile aircraft.
That is toally aside from the morality of the Israeli’s simple right to exist.
If the stupid Ayrabs, Palestinians, Hamas or whatever the hell they call themselves would stop sending rockets and missiles into Israel they wouldn’t need a no-fly zone.
You mess with the Bull you get the horn.
Israel will have peace with their neighbors as soon as their neighbors want it.
If the Ayrabs, Palestinians , Hamas or whatever the hell they call themselves started arresting an shooting those responsible for the killings in Israel the war would be over.
...with the Arab League now demanding the United Nations to send member nations' forces to impose a No Fly Zone under R2P the civilians in Gaza from Israeli air strikes. The Arab League has labeled the Israeli retaliatory strikes on terror targets as brutal.Speaking of no-fly -- such a policy by Zero isn't gonna.
Unfortunately, in today’s legal concepts, there are two moronic ideas regarding this:
1. Proportionality - The Israelis are not supposed to respond with overwhelming force because the Palis or Hezbollah fired a few rockets.
Never mind that that might actually fix the problem...
2. Civilian deaths - really stupid rules exist to protect civilians from getting killed just because they tolerate the terrorists hiding in their midst.
