An op-ed in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution by local attorney and anti-birther blogger Loren Collins took more wind from House Bill 401’s sails.

Yep, that’s me.

And you’ll notice that it rules my claim as “True.” Not half-true, or mostly true, but flat-out “True.”

It also quotes three immigration/citizenship law experts who also fully agree with me. Including Bush nominee and Heritage Foundation senior fellow Hans von Spakovsky.

Collins is right. HB 401 does create eligibility requirements that aren’t in the Constitution. We rule his claim True.

I rule LorenC wrong.
