Bingo! This cannot be said enough, or loudly enough. Where are the Republicans on pointing this very obvious fact out to the American people. The Dems would rather not pay military families (while our young men and women are in war zones) so that Planned Parenthood can keep being federally funded. There should have been Republicans on every single news channel giving this info to the American people. Crickets -- that's what we hear instead.
See my tag line.
Worth repeating and very true!
re: To call abortion murder is like calling second hand smoke a weapon.
“The only way your statement could be legitimate is if you de-humanize the unborn child.”
Not if I’m merely applying logic to a written statement. Abortion is legal. The decision was made and it still stands. We don’t have to like it and we don’t have to participate in it.
But what it if was your niece, goddaughter, sister, an aunt or even your own mother? There must be millions of mothers in America with their “secrets”...Just an innocent, confused young skull full of mush who made a mistake or would she still be a murderer or at least someone guilty of voluntary manslaughter who should be judged as an adult?
It’s so much easier to “know” what’s right when it’s not you or your own family and friends. That’s just human nature.
Louise Slaughter statements last week:In 94 people were elected simply to come here to kill the National Endowment for the Arts. Now theyre here to kill women.
Oh really? Shouldn't that be "The women who are having abortions are there to kill babies who may become women."?
Slaughters focus is also the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act, a bill that would apply to every federal program and department to ensure that pro-life advocates dont have to pass several pro-life riders annually to ensure various parts of the federal government dont fund abortions with taxpayer dollars. Slaughter made the false charge that the bill forces women to prove they were raped or a victim of incest to qualify for a publicly-funded abortion under the rare exceptions in the bill. You are allowed to have an abortion if you have been raped or its a matter of incest, said Slaughter. However, you have to keep a receipt. Did you know that? Its sort of like an old German Nazi movie. Show me your papers!
Oh, looky here. She certainly fulfilled Godwin's Law and indirectly brought up The Holocaust. Mizz Slaughter, abortion kills human life in enormous numbers which makes the slaughter of unborn babies a holocaust all its own. (Definition: holocaust- any mass slaughter or reckless destruction of life)
Yes. It would be unpunished murder because of the laws of the time.
Say the federal government decided to start subsidizing some Christian organization. The usual suspects on the left will naturally howl and scream that the federal government is now funding the proselytizing of Christianity. Retort by saying "oh, the federal money doesn't go towards that part of the operation."
I had a strikingly similar thought yesterday so it was good to read your post.
Okay, unpunished maybe but “unpublished”, yes or most-likely...in order to protect the reputation of the “perpetrator” by keeping it a secret among family, friends, neighbors and fellow parishoners?
If it’s a case of murder then the public would have the right to know.
I see the double standards all the way around.

This is a terrific article by Susan E. Willis at American Thinker: Things Planned Parenthood's 'Truth Team' Forgot to Mention
Sure goes back doesn’t it? Satan delighted in children’s death then, and how much more so now.
Thanks btw. I wasn’t as familiar with Moloch’s other names. I did some searches on them and found that in a single child cemetery (in Phoenicia) called the Tophet by archaeologists, an estimated 20,000 urns were deposited. That’s quite a few. And that was just one cemetery. In just one region.
Which is why I always call the act "murdering unborn children" instead of "abortion." The left (not saying you are part of it, please do not think I am) likes to invent cute and "fuzzy" words to cover up acts of great evil. "Abortion" is one of those words. It almost sounds like a medical procedure.
If they had their way, the Holodomor would be referred to as a diet. Oh wait, they did do that.
Blush. Thanks. I like to call this tactic the "not drinking the pee-pee part of the Coke" retort. :)
The eerie part of it was how the belief in Moloch haunted the region. Phoenicians, Ammonites, Canaanites, and Hebrews. Despite the death penalty for those that worshiped Moloch, sacrificed their children, or even had their children ritually walk through or jump over fire to imitate the ritual.
No matter their “real” religion, when times were hard, they would itch to go back to their blood sacrifices to Moloch. Even today there are traces of it in our culture, descended from the Roman god Saturn, itself based on the Greek deity Cronus. Thus Saturday is the day of Saturn. Makes you wonder about the brass “golden bull” of Wall Street.
Cronus, or as the Carthaginians called it, Baal Hammon, the chief god of Carthage, was their Phoenician gift given to Greece and Rome, before the destruction of Carthage in 146 B.C. The Romans rebuilt it, and thus it remained until destroyed again by the Muslims in 698 A.D.
Christmas too has many pagan roots. The day was not picked randomly, the day was originally celebrated as Tamuz's birthday, but was changed to be Christ's birthday to make things more "christian". This is what God has to say decorating trees in Jeremiah 10:
"Hear what the LORD says to you, people of Israel. 2 This
is what the LORD says:
Do not learn the ways of the nations
or be terrified by signs in the heavens,
though the nations are terrified by them.
3 For the practices of the peoples are worthless;
they cut a tree out of the forest,
and a craftsman shapes it with his chisel.
4 They adorn it with silver and gold;
they fasten it with hammer and nails
so it will not totter...
Ironically, their "uncloaking" came on their choice of a "sticking point" in the negotiations--taxpayer funds for Planned Parenthood.
Imagine Thomas Jefferson advocating on behalf of taxpayers funding a company whose leadership would consider, as even a fractional segment of its business, "destroying" the liberty of an unborn, Creator-endowed child.
Jefferson:
"The God who gave us life, gave us liberty at the same time: the hand of force may destroy, but cannot disjoin them."
In other words, the underlying philosophy of our constiutional protections is that stated in the Declaration of Independence and outlined by Jefferson in the simple and elegant statement quoted above. Liberty accompanies the creation of life. It is not granted by government.
Reid and Obama chose an outrageous and revealing cause (Planned Parenthood) to draw their line in the sand on budget cuts. By doing so, they highlighted their extreme position with regard to protecting liberty and rights.
By Reid, Schumer, and Obama's definition, Thomas Jefferson would be an "extremist." So much for the Declaration of Independence and the millions of oppressed people, over a period of 200 years, who saw the potential for liberty and opportunity in an America founded on its principles!
As to the second point, it appears that you believe racial genocide to be the province of "right wing 'extremists'". If so, you've bought the spin. It was the very Leftwing Hillary Clinton, herself a crusader against something she imagined was a "vast, right-wing conspiracy," who was recently honored by Planned Parenthood with their "Margaret Sanger Award for Achievement."
it isn't about left or right. It's about life and death. And yes, ultimately every political issue can be resolved into two sides: Culture of Life vs. Culture of death. There's your battle line.
Sanger was a monstrosity. She advocated many things that inspired Nazis. Her writings are sufficient to make perfectly clear what the woman believed.
That’s why the obviously fake photo you posted is so insidious. It allows people to remain in their ignorance and complacency. It’s so obviously fake for a reason, people think if the photo is fake, then so is everything else.
Look at it. Aged newspaper clipping, supposedly. But, the “photo” is bright white. Read the headline and the caption. Very improbable. “Crashed the event?”
They say its awfully hard to prove the negative. But please don't have me flogged master for propagating disinformation in my credulity.
