Fox is all about money and ratings and the hordes of fans Beck drew were just that money and ratings for Fox.
There is no grand conspiracy, Beck is launching out on his own, while developing future shows for Fox.
Fox wouldn’t push him out knowing his star was bringing in wads o cash for them, it’s foolish to think that.

I am not so sure that Beck was bringing in cash. His advertisers were very low level. It seemed like they ran the same 2 gold ads and the Jewish relief fund ad constantly. Just compare the quality of advertisers on the other channels at that time to Beck. You can have a massive audience, but if no one advertises, you may as well have one person. He is also losing Radio stations right and left. Just in my listening area he has lost WOR in NYC and 1210 in Philly. Once again, the ads were bad. "Fred's Discount Retread Tire" stuff. Just saying.
