MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell doesn’t think much of what Donald Trump is doing with all this birther stuff and his fake run for the 2012 Republican nomination for president. And neither do I. We said as much on O’Donnell’s show “The Last Word” on Friday night. In fact, I went a step further and did something I’d done once before when talking about the persistent and long-debunked conspiracy theory that President Obama is not a U.S. citizen: I showed his birth certificate on live television.

Nope, you’re not missing anything. It’s the same old certificate of live birth without doctor’s signature etc. and without the consecutive serial number that all actual birth certificates have in HI.
Those numbers and signatures are what have kept a professional level forgery from being produced IMO.
You are missing nothing - that IS the same CoLB that has been bantered about as the “real” BC. It is still fake, it is still limited in info, and it still is worthy of suspicion.
It is NOT a full Birth Certificate, and it proves nothing.

Even the NY times and MSNBC have given up on that one. Chris Mathews even held up a copy of a real one vs what Obama released just to show the difference.
Showing a picture of a copy of a forged document should be enough proof for anyone. /S
Trump must be getting some traction if they have to bring out the old Certification of Live Birth again. I want to see the one which tells which hospital he was born in, what time he was born at and who was the attending physician. I have one and I have seen a microfilm copy of someone’s Hawaii version from around when Obama was born, so they do exist unless the Hawaiian government destroyed it when they created the abbreviated computer records they currently use to print the Certification of Live Birth.
One good thing—they just ignore facts that clash with their agenda in the certainty that all of the enemedia will keep the lid slammed shut as well.
The fact that they have to keep defending this tells me they know it’s hurting them big time!
