I think you have to go to: http://www.factcheck.org/askfactcheck/has_obamas_birth_certificate_been_disclosed.html. There there is is little red X in a box instead of the COLB image, and the link to the larger COLB image is also broken.

Red x probably means the image was hotlinked from another domain and someone took the photo or site down.

Happens all the time with unattended sites.
