As far as I can tell, there's no evidence anyone other than Obama is using that 042 SSN.

The story seemed very plausible, until it occurred to me to wonder ‘Do we actually know Obama’s SSN?’

I then googled “George Bush’s Social Security Number” and it did not appear that Bush’s SSN was a matter of public record.

If in fact it can be established that the alleged Obama SSN is genuine, and that # can be traced to Connecticut (or wherever), great. Love to see it. Make me happy.
