You wish to drive traffic off-site WHY exactly?
Geez, they just get more and more brazen as the days go by.
I hate satire.
How dare that thug Kenyan!
I hope he has his ASS handed to him by this court!
What stupid reasoning! Its too important? Oligarchy?
IMPEACH this SOB now!
Am I too late to stumble off of my soapbox?
Ok...was fooled.
Impeach him anyway for starting a war without congress’s consent....
I wish this weren’t satire and that Bam-Bam would be dumb enough to pursue this counter-productive strategy. It would piss off Justices Kennedy and Breyer as well.
Well hopefully this will light a fire under the SCOTUS and they rule quickly on making it unconstitutional.

Perhaps he wishes to have a semi-accurate count of how many readers he has; a {unique IP} hit-counter would do that.
this program is too important to allow it to be overturned by an unelected oligarchy.
A presumptuous bastard if there ever was one!
Oh crap, I got taken!
Yeah.
And if he gets a dollar for each of those hits by USING
Free Republic as an advertising platform for his blog then
all is well, right?
A stinking pimp tricking you into blog hits is a good thing, right?

And all is equally well if he gets nothing at all.
>A stinking pimp tricking you into blog hits is a good thing, right?
But he isn’t really ‘tricking’ at all; he posts an excerpt and marks it as satire... so what?
The Supreme Court has only to follow what the Constitution says and not what one man with a vested interest in protecting what he has spawned and signed, so as to protect his political career. If the Justices are honest in their oath, the health insurance bill will go down.
LOL! Isn’t that in effect what’s happening already? He’s hoping against hope that one of the conservative judges will kick the bucket before he leaves office in Jan. of 2013. ;o)
This HAS happened people:

Fox News is the source.
“The Obama administration told the Supreme Court on Monday night it should stay away from a high-profile challenge to the 2010 health care law until after a lower court has had a chance to review the case.”
“President Barack Obama issued a stern hands off warning”
...Just like he has to tell Michelle every night.
