(CNN) – Donald Trump, the business mogul who continues to claim he is seriously interested in mounting a bid for the White House, says he has doubts about whether President Obama was born in the United States.
In an interview with ABC, Trump said he finds it strange “nobody knew” Obama as a young child in Hawaii.
“Let me tell you, I’m a really smart guy. I was a really good student at the best school in the country. The reason I have a little doubt, just a little, is because he grew up and nobody knew him,” Trump said in the interview that aired Thursday.
“If I got the nomination, if I decide to run, you may go back and interview people from my kindergarten. They'll remember me. Nobody comes forward. Nobody knows who he is until later in his life. It's very strange,” the Celebrity Apprentice host added. “The whole thing is very strange.”
Current Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie has said he was a friend of Obama’s parents in Hawaii and remembers when the future president was born. Abercrombie, a former congressman who became governor last December, vowed to produce an original copy of Obama’s birth certificate but abandoned those efforts earlier this year because it is against state law to release private documents, according to his spokeswoman.

The governor SAID he was born at Kapiolani.
His signature is on a letter with White House letterhead claiming Kapiolani hospital as his birthplace.

On the other hand, the COLB says his father’s race is “African” when there is no such thing. Many people of African nationality are white.
No independent 3rd party has even been allowed to get their own copy of a COLB to compare with the one scanned to the web.
Hawaii has never verified giving him the 2007 copy that has been shown.
I’m still not convinced that it came from Hawaii.
I don’t count FactCheck as an independent source because of Obama’s affiliation with them.
Mr. Trump speaks common sense truth. Other conservatives have had a chance to speak up but their silence is very troubling for such a basic Constitutional requirement.
Either they are strategizing for a better opportune time or put their selfish ends first.
Obviously Mr. Trump didn’t receive the RINO memo talking points or get any threats from the Kenyan Klown’s Chicago ring.
The reason no one pops up from Zero’s past is because they’ve been told to keep their mouths shut, including family members. No circumstances of his birth from half-sister Mama or Payne family (grandmother’s siblings).

Unfortunately the 12th Amendment to the Constitution says that whoever’s electoral college votes are counted and certified by the Vice President at a Joint Session of Congress “shall be the president.”
“The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted.
The person having the greatest Number of votes for President, shall be the President,”
The time to stop Obama was before his name appeared on any ballot in any state. And if not then, then time to stop him was before the vote of the electoral college. And if not then, the time to stop him was when the electoral votes were being counted. And if not then, the time to stop him was before his swearing in ceremony. And if not then, the way to stop him now is via impeachment, trial, conviction and removal from office.
I’m reasonably certain that any alleged proof of a Kenyan birth in 1961, in a third world country in the pre-computer, pre-reprographics machines age was destroyed with one pack of matches.
I do not know how to reconcile Trump’s bankruptcies. That part troubles me.

Jamese777 , the correct way to remove obama is to use District of columbia code 3501 and void his campaign. no need for impeachment. If obama’s campaign is voided , his certification of electorial college votes is voided. By obama’s own admission he was born with duel citizenship. Getting Congress to remove obama is the problem, not getting the proof.

Ms. Taitz applied for a reconsideration of her suit which was denied. Taitz v Obama (QW) has not been further appealed.
Judge Lamberth got some notoriety for stating in his opinion “This is one of several such suits filed by Ms. Taitz in her quixotic attempt to prove that President Obama is not a natural born citizen, as is required by the Constitution. This Court is not willing to go tilting at windmills with her.”

This reference to being born in Indonesia is always interesting. From a reporter. One with no apparent axe to grind. So why Indonesia? It is not a quote. The reporter inserts the statement on their own. Reporters don’t usually make things up (OK, they used to not).
So, again, why Indonesia? Well, if the reporter checked birth records maybe they found something pointing to an Indonesian father in the records. Like a formal adoption or records overlaid as part of an adoption.
Just a theory, but this Indonesian birth reference has always been an interesting item.
