I love North Dakota because of the people who live there. You may want to take a week and visit Fargo, Bismarck and perhaps even Dickinson. The jobs will come to you if you pay attention.

If you can work and can pass a drug test you can get a close to six figure job in the oil fields in western ND. The only problem is finding housing.

got to monster.com and put your resume up. If there is a space for location preference, specify ND. It works best if you have had a little bit of oil field experience, but many companies are willing to train.
