Palin says that Christie is forced to cut budgets because NJ is broke. But she points out that when she became Governor of Alaska, she cut even though she had a surplus:

No. Governor Palin served as Governor of Alaska for over 3 yrs. Resigned because the liberal Democrat, commie, attack dogs kept digging up lies and filing frivolous alleged “ethics” violations that was costing Alaska a lot of money needlessly and taking up staff time in a cynical ploy to throw garbage until something stuck. - She served in that post twice as long as “the One” did as a Senator; most of that being in his campaign mode.
btw...flattered that you checked my bio but not at all interested in whether or not you believe it. If I wanted to make up a phoney CV I would have come up with some better stuff.

Relative to the union issue, you’re right; he IS doing an OK job. However, he’s a one-trick pony. On most other important issues, he’s very liberal.
And it’s not a “petty remark”. It’s absolutely true. How noble is it to cut costs when you have no choice, as he did?

I would love to serve on her cabinet. Sarah, if you need a constitution loving, coffee roasting, IT specialist on your cabinet or anywhere in your administration, I am your guy. :-) I will even mop the floors to save our republic and help our kids. :-)
The headline is in error, she didn’t say she cut the budget, she said the following....
And with all due respect to Governor Christie, you know he has no choice but to cut budgets because he’s broke, his state is broke. What courage really is, is in the face of having a surplus when you have opportunity to spend spend spend the people’s money, you still choose to reign in government to let the private sector soar. That’s real courage, and by the way that’s what I did as Governor here when I engaged in hiring freezes and reduced earmarks by 86% and vetoed the largest amounts in our state’s history. Despite having a surplus that’s real leadership and that’s courage.
But I do appreciate the fact that Governor Christie is willing to face the reality in his state and that is that they are going bankrupt. So he has to cut, he has no choice.
All I know is that she could not govern any longer, entrapped within a system which allowed a dozen frivolous lawsuits against her, at her expense. I’d have bowed out of that situation as well, esp. if I had my eye on ousting Obama the Punk. You have a problem with that; I do not. IMO, she has been much more effective since she left the Alaska Zoo. Bob

I thought the same thing. It was unnecessary. Although she made a good point it had nothing to do with Christie who is doing a good job in a northeast state full of liberals.
If Huck declines to run, and she does run, I think she’ll win the nomination in a walk. Let’s hope that you and others will find *something* about her that is worth supporting against the strongman B.O.Punk. Bob
