I think people bought into the Ann Coulter act, back when she was loud and shrill and cackling against the Dems, at a time when Bush was foolishly not defending himself.

At that time, we were desperate for anyone to say what we were thinking.

But now, having been given plenty of rope, she is hanging herself. She is revealing herself to be an idiot.

She fully supports Michelle Obama’s cause?

Ann thinks withholding the birth certificate is done intentionally to "gin up" the right wingers to make them look crazy. We've had that debate back and forth here on FR dozens of times. We know that argument is a losing argument either way. If Obama doesn't produce credentials, he loses popularity (because "there is something to hide"). If he does produce credentials, he still loses (because he'll be viewed as "playing a childish game"). It's a lose-lose for him. So ... what does he do? You guessed it. Nothing. A whole lot of nothing. It obvious he is doing nothing and that it is his best move. But not for the reasons Ann believes. I love Ann. But I can't expect her to be right all the time. She is still anti-Obama, she's just not sensitive to the Constitutional crisis presented by having a potential, if not bona fide, usurper in office.

Republicans have not been conservative for a long time now and this is why. Our so-called media represenatives have brain freeze.

Actually they are getting older and have lost their intellectual edge. They stopped being cutting edge for new analysis, ideas and strategies. The idealism of their youth has been throughly defeated by age 50. By that time you know it does not matter what you do. Nothing is going to change except towards the Left. The most conservatives could do in the past, was slow Liberals down.
