Reports: Gaddafi Has Left Libya, Fled for Venezuela
Pundit Press ^ | 2/20/11 | Aurelius

Update: In a press conference, Saif al-Islam Gaddafi tried to explain away the protests as a "plot against Libya" and "people on narcotics." He also stated that Libya falling would be "one thousand" times worse than Egypt falling. He also stated that "tomorrow" Libyans would create the Libya "we all dreamed of." If not, he continued, everyone "will pay."

In reports that are as of now unconfirmed, it is being reported that Libyan Dictator Muammar Gaddafi has left Libya. This could possibly mark an end to Gaddafi's regime, which has ruled the coutry with an iron fist for over four decades.

Protests have reached the capital of Tripoli, while various news sources are reporting that the government is "faltering." Even worse for Gaddafi, protesters now hold several cities; not streets or squares, but entire cities.

The German news site TT.com is now reporting that opposition groups in Libya are now saying that "Muammar Al-Gaddafi had to leave the country for Brazil or Venezuela." Al Jazeera refused to take on the issue straight on, but their reports suggested that Gaddafi is no longer in his country.

Doha, a news site linked with Al Jazeera, is reporting that Gaddafi has in fact fled the country.

I really don’t understand what is going on. Regimes in power for decades are being toppled. Is the CIA involved? They have been involved in the past to topple regimes...such as Indonesia. Is Soros behind this? How about the people who want the New World Order. So who’s next???? It will be interesting to see how Obambi sticks his nose into Iran this time...since it was okay to topple Mubarak with protests. It is like they all got the same memo. Or a huge amount of cash. TARP money?

I gotta give CNN their due...They are the only network who has been ontop of not only what’s going on in Libya today, but reporting on the protests and Iranian defections as well.” __________________________________

I have been glued to CNN’s awesome coverage of the Libyian protesters. Those poignant cries from that woman from her cell phone late night broke my heart, begging for help, begging. Fell asleep with tears and prayers. My God, and that poor 34 year old priest in the parking lot of the school ground. Pitiful. Will we do something? Anything?

Anderson Cooper has been absolutely dogged in his determination to see these people through some decent coverage hoping to save some of them by bringing their stories to the world.

FOX is so all blond all the time that I can’t watch much of anything but Greta. I didn’t use to like her, but man she has become the go-to girl for hard news, face to face with principle actors in Congress, going anywhere and back for the story. She is the only one who really extends herself to earn her keep.

Didn’t know Laurie Dhue was a recovering alcoholic now 4 years, but saw her wonderful up front story on Geraldo. She looked wonderful....and would love to get to come back to FOX. (Hear they need more blondes.) ;)

I too have to credit Greta with whatever “news reporting” Fox manages to put on the air.

Real History (like it or not): Bush-Cheney-Condi-Iraq-Egypt-Libya.

The History our children will be taught: Obama-Egypt-Libya.

Our decision to turn Iraq into a sort of Democracy is playing out. Hopefully it ends well. The likelihood of that happening is not 100%. It may not even be 50%.

Which picture is crazier?

Qaddafi's hot female bodyguards,

Or our female troops who must wear islamic scarves instead of kevlar helmets, to not offend these creeps?

I think our leaders are crazier than Qaddafi.

Could be something else at work here.

A destabelized middle east serves several purposes. For one, it forces America to look at alternatives to Arab oil. For another, it screws up enough muzzie countries as to make any attack on Israel a no win proposition. Yet another is Hizbollah and Hamas becomes weakened in the short term, buying Israel time to prepare.

Finally, this all started happening right after Stuxnet hit Iran.

We are very quick to look to Soros for fomenting Alinskyite behaviors in his useful idiots to achieve his goal of a global government.

But we never look at who might be doing the opposite on our side. I think whoever did this is trying to buy the US enough time to get rid of Obizzle in 2012 and reverse the damage.

“I really don’t understand what is going on. Regimes in power for decades are being toppled.”

It’s almost as if we were witnessing the wheels of history as they turn in unison with Biblical prophecy.

The great Caliphate is coalescing.

The West was put on notice when the Clarion Call to battle was sounded, back around 2001, it was.

So who’s next????

How about the anti-Christ?

No! Wait! He’s already here. Reported to be from Kenya, or was it Hawaii? :)

Greta is the best interviewer on TV. I believe that people with something to say make themselves available to her to get their voices heard. Its a real shame that they speak only to people who tune in to FNC.
