Fox News busts Wisconsin doctor faking sick notes on video. The latest in the long line of outrages that the pro-union, Democrat voters protesting in Wisconsin have perpetrated now includes fraud—medical fraud, that is. Yesterday, reports began emerging that doctors in the state were writing fraudulent sick notes to protesters, so that they could scam their employers into excusing them while they continued taking part in their opposition to Governor Scott Walker’s reasonable demand that they pay a little bit of their own healthcare costs. Fox News actually sent one of its producers to approach one such doctor in the crowd and ended up getting footage of the doctor incriminating herself by writing a phony sick note for the producer.

These doctors should lose their licenses. At minimum, they should suffer 12-month or 24-month suspensions.

Seems to me that there are a couple of different potential fraud charges here.

not too long ago this ‘doctor’ would have been ignored by the media

You and I would never have known because CNNBCBSPMSNBCPBSNPR would have refused to mention it.

First thing Tuesday Morning, a complaint should be filed with the State Medical Board. This is Fraud:
•A deception deliberately practiced in order to secure unfair or unlawful gain.
•A piece of trickery; a trick.

a.One that defrauds; a cheat.

If a “Doctor” will commit this Fraud for a Union, what other Frauds will they commit?

Need to go today a get one of these fake “sick notes” to present to the Board.

And the State neds to question any and all “sick notes” presented by “teachers”

frankly, they need to fire all sick out teachers and start with a clean slate.

You think fraud is bad? Heck, under Obamacare, the doctors will also have to be willing to commit murder. Don’t worry—the medical schools have been manipulating their demographics for quite some time in order to attract persons who are willing to do ANYTHING for the government, and here is just one example.

The camera phone is the best weapon against political fraud that we have. The Democrats thought they could continue their thuggish ways because the msm never reported it. Now the entire nation can see what’s going on, thanks to citizen reporters.

If I did that since I worked in the private sector, I would have been fired. It is considered theft from an employer to fake sick days.

I have little faith in the Medical community to properly handle this.

However, someone in an earlier thread suggested that the insurance companies providing malpractice insurance for these "doctors" would be very interested in their actions.

I hope someone follows up on that approach. If they lose their insurance, it doesn't matter whether they still have their licenses.

Collect all doctor slips. Figure a fee of at least $50 per office call and notify doctor he had better claim this for state tax purposes. No barter allowed, he had to get paid and the state needs the tax to pay the teachers. For the children!
