Challenge to Obama getting 2nd conference before court
In a stunning move, the U.S. Supreme Court has scheduled another "conference" on a legal challenge to Barack Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, but officials there are not answering questions about whether two justices given their jobs by Obama will participate.
The court has confirmed that it has distributed a petition for rehearing in the case brought by attorney John Hemenway on behalf of retired Col. Gregory Hollister and it will be the subject of a conference on March 4.
It was in January that the court denied, without comment, a request for a hearing on the arguments. But the attorney at the time had submitted a motion for Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, who were given their jobs by Obama, to recuse.
Should Obama ultimately be shown to have been ineligible for the office, his actions, including his appointments, at least would be open to challenge and question.
At the time, the Supreme Court acknowledged the "motion for recusal" but it changed it on official docketing pages to a "request." And it reportedly failed to respond to the motion.

The motion for recusal wasn’t dealt with, giving pretty much the basis of the Petition for Rehearing. But back in Jan. they did deny the Petition for Certiorari. The docket is posted above and at the SCOTUS website.

I just found it hard to believe that anyone could be beaten into submission be the threat of a few riots which might or might not happen.

Massive messing of pants in DC and the media for all who actively participated in and coordinated the cover-up of Treason. Prior to being nailed, you will hear them squeal like stuck pigs, “There are more important issues [than the constitution and our bi-partisan Treason]!!!!”

I look at the situation like a huge festering boil or cancer. It has to be dealt with asap, or the outcome will be worse. The longer it festers, the worse it will be in the end.
They would have to get all those bill re-signed in the House, too. McCain and his Rino GOP lost control of the bi-partisan cover-up when the Tea Party came to town.
This might explain the Rinos’ temper tamptrun about winning the majority in the House with Tea Party strangers and their obvious mission to torpedo a GOP majority in the Senate.
Covering up and participating in Treason is a big crime for both parties.
Biden is the VP. If the PINO becomes unable to do his job the VP takes over. Biden would not be d q’ed just because he was on the same ticket as a fraudelent foreigner. It just makes his judgement suspect. In any case, he is a big hero with the marxist party. When he was running for the office of president, he polled at a whopping 3% with his own party.

Basically, that Boener would be the next president. SCOTUS certainly didn’t want Nancy in the position.
They should not be allowed to participate in ANYTHING that has to do with the constitutionality of Obama to be president because they were appointed by him and stand to lose their seats if he is found to be ineligible to be POTUS.
