I don't think the founding fathers would have agreed to this. I also think it doesn't make sense. The founders put the NBC clause for the presidency for a reason.
This is why we need a constitutional amendment clarifying this once and for all. The only people who should be eligible for president is someone born of two US Citizens on American soil. Possibly an exception for those born of two US Citizens that are in the military overseas. And that would be it.
However, I think most of the sheeple would be swayed by the lame stream media that this is discriminatory and it would have no chance of passing.
Does anyone honestly believe SCOTUS would render any other verdict than this?

There are no qualifications to become President only eligibility requirements.
Obam is not eligible to be President, and severs as President due to a huge historical error.
In time, I believe the that error will be revealed and prevented from future occurance.
