If Arizona gets its eligibility law passed through the Senate it won't matter. Obama would have to produce it prior to getting his name on the ballot, an October surprise would be too late.
Before we get over excited, this guy is just an election official, not an official from the Office of Records. The fact that he has sworn that someone told him something is not proof.
Not proof inside a court room. But enough, with all the other data, to justify an investigation. Also Albercrumbie admitted in an newspaper interview that there is no birth document; just a notation in Obama’s file. He’s since changed his story when he realized what a mess he is making.
There is more than enough proof to indict a the ham sandwich in the White House.
And the Republicans are doing what?
The constitution is not up for majority vote! It does not matter if the majorty wants to obey the constitution or not. This is a legal matter and some day it will be. I think the Republicans would do best for themselves to not get any deeper in abetting the crime than they already have.
This is why he will not show his Hawaiian documentation. I am assuming he has something since officials said he did and it would to be hard to believe he would claim birth there with absolutely NOTHING.
I personally believe the birth certificate from Coast Province General Hospital, Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya, produced by Lucas Smith, is the REAL Obama birth certificate. Although Lucas Smith is a scumbag and an opportunist, it might be that it took just such a person to be able to acquire this document.
I could find nothing to disprove the validity of the document. All the arguments brought forward that I saw could be explained away when the details were checked into. Like that Mombasa wasn't part of Kenya at the time, details people details, those pesky facts that come up when you look into the details.
The truth will one day come out. I hope it is sooner rather than later.
It is not shameful that it was not a written law before now. What is shameful is that now we have such a corrupt elite that it has to be written in law or they will all conspire to violate the constitution and commit treason.
In the past, the opposing political party and the media would have sunk USS Keyna way before the election. They would have been on Obama for hiding all his records. But in this culture of humanism, dishonesty and getting away with breaking the law, is King. They think they are above the rule of law. They think they have progressed beyond the constitution.
We’ll have to agree to disagree. The paper, the ink, finger prints or lack thereof. Forensics would be able to prove the document a NEW document, not one from 1961.
The question at the Keyes/Obama debate has never been verified.
If there is no long form bc, where did the short form (the document the White-House released) come from? Isn’t the short form a more brief version of the long form?
Obviously, none of us know for sure. I think it exists and Obama doesn’t want to show it.
There isn't a single shred of evidence that can be shown that would lead anyone to conclude that Obama's birth certificate really exists.
It's time rational common-sense thinking people come to the conclusion that all the non-evidence points to: There is no birth certificate.
This isn't rocket engineering. No one has seen it, no one knows where it is and the one person who can put this matter to rest has sealed all his records and has spend millions barring anyone from seeing the truth.
It doesn't matter WHY he is hiding the truth, the sad fact is that he IS hiding the truth.

I only wish the MSM would put 1/10 as much effort into this as they did investigating GW Bush’s National Guard records. It would be the blockbuster story of the century. I think the Abercrombie thing has them spooked. A few weeks ago Chris Mathews was urging Obama to release the certificate, now he and his friends are calling the whole controversy “crazy talk”. It seems to me that based on comments by his wife, his granny, the Governor and others, that there is MORE evidence that he is NOT a citizen than that he is.
I grabbed a copy of the Kenyan birth certificate off the net.... and I think I still have it on one of my drives.
When I was in Africa at the time of the elections, people there were very happy that a man born in Africa was about to become the Pres of the US!
Want something to think about? Hussein is directly responsible for record breaking 2010 election losses for his party. If he continues to threaten the Democrat party will disastrous losses in 2012, it may be a DEMOCRAT who turns on “dear Leader”, demanding he produce his certificate!! This, of course, to remove the deadly Hussein from the 2012 election equation and make Dems look “patriotic and honest!”
Still don’t see much chance of it happening, but IF it is shown that he is not qualified to be POTUS, does that not invalidate every single law that he signed and passed????????

Are elections officials and governors paid by the taxpayers to lie? Abercrombie and Tim Adams’ supervisors agree. Fukino mentioned an “original birth certificate” and “vital records”, but the HDOH in official communications has indirectly confirmed that Obama’s records have been amended and are thus not legally valid.
So we’ve got THREE officials of the Hawaii government agreeing that Hawaii has no valid birth documentation for Obama. Those three confirmations being given in different ways over a 3-year period.
That’s not just an Obama ploy to make “birthers” look crazy.
I could not get a US passport without a certified copy of my Birth Certificate. I had a copy but not a certified copy from a records official from where I was born. I had to pay to have an official certified copy sent to me by Federal Express. Telling them it was lost or there was a notation in the files of Ohio would have gotten me laughed out of town hall. Giving them an internet address to see my birth certificate would not have worked either.
No way can Obama legally claim that he can be President without a certified birth certificate. There are long established rules and regulations for official birth documentation in the US.
Yep, I hear you. If even 10% of this stuff had been attached to GW Bush it would have been 24/7 news stories and howling and gnashing of teeth from the liberal media. Plus there would have been 0% freepers whining about how it makes us look, we need to just move on, etc. etc.
It seems the only time adhering to the constitution is important is during GOP administrations......
I have always wondered if perhaps he was born in the Soviet Union, which is where Obama Sr's brother lived at that time (going to Patrice Lamumba University, I believe).
The key to discovering forgeries would be to look not only at ALL the birth and citizenship records, but also at the transaction logs for each, to see when the record originated and what changes were made to it.
There is already a transaction log for Obama’s passport records that we know has been illegally accessed at least 3 times - which was allowable because somebody high up in John Brennan’s company specifically disabled the security protocols just during the times that those 3 breaches happened. John Brennan was immediately appointed as National Security Chief after the election. The investigation of those breaches, under the watchful eye of Joe Biden (who Obama offered a VP job) has been heavily redacted and Condi Rice has said there are NOT assurances that the records are accurate.
All this, together with the automatic date stamp which reveals that somebody at the Selective Service Administration forged a registration for Obama, are very good reasons that states should pass an eligibility bill not only requiring documentation of birth and citizenship facts, but should also require transaction logs for the official records.
