Is the world's largest super-volcano set to erupt for the first time in 600,000 years, wiping out two-thirds of the U.S.? (Full title)
The super-volcano beneath Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming has been rising at a record rate since 2004.
It would explode with a force a thousand times more powerful than the Mount St Helens eruption in 1980.
Spewing lava far into the sky, a cloud of plant-killing ash would fan out and dump a layer 10ft deep up to 1,000 miles away.
Two-thirds of the U.S. could become uninhabitable as toxic air sweeps through it, grounding thousands of flights and forcing millions to leave their homes.

It’s erupted three times in 2,000,000 years.
If it erupts next month, it won’t be early.
If it doesn’t erupt for another 10,000 years, it won’t be late.

Man is not responsible for this truth. This is indeed possible.
America and Americans will mostly not survive, a few here and there, according to winds and whether there is any air to breath that is not full of huge amounts of volcanic ash.. There is little too nothing other than pray that we can do regarding this. It would have devastating effects all over the world. One might even say this might be ... The day the world changed forever.

When I see a story about all of the animals leaving Yellowstone quickly then Ill start to worry.. By then, you'll have less than 24 hours...much less...to get someplace safe. If you are in proximity to it. Meaning as far east as the Mississippi.

I was kind of worried about this since I have a loved one who lives right by it but then after I posted it I thought well there is really nothing we could do about it anyway it’s in the Lords hands.

Why yes it is! The skinny however is the human ability to predict when? Chances are we’ll all be long dead and gone as a species before it happens.

Nothing I am concerned about for our lifetimes that’s for sure, and probably serveral more generations, if the mechanisms that trigger it are still cyclical and in motion.
I don’t sweat this kind of thing. More worried about an EMP.
