Federal Judge John McCarthy Roll was the Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona who on Friday, January 7, 2011 issued a “preliminary ruling”in a case titled “United States of America v. $333,520.00 in United States Currency et al” [Case Number: 4:2010cv00703 Filed: November 30, 2010] that would basically disallow the movement of hundreds of millions of dollars of confiscated drug profits directly being placed into private bank accounts tied to mafia kingpins.
The following day, Saturday, January 8, 2011, Judge Roll was shot and killed by an individual the media would have you believe is a lone, anti-Semitic, right-wing fanatic who listens to too much alternative radio broadcasts!! The case being ruled on by Judge Roll, is all about bulk cash smuggling into or out of the United States by Mexican drug lords and who exactly has the final right of possession of the funds.
It appears that the Obama administration claimed the right to seize large amounts of cash and assets under authority of Presidential Executive Orders, instead of using existing laws. The Obama administration used as support for their claim before Judge Roll the seizing of all American citizens’ gold, in 1933, by President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s signing of Executive Order 6102, which was ruled at the time to be constitutional. The question that needs to be thoroughly investigated is, why is Obama’s Justice Department, and A.G. Eric Holder getting mixed up in all of this, and why do they care what happens to Mexican drug cartel funds??

You’re correct; the black-ops people know where these crazies are, and how to manipulate them, and deliberately leave them out on the loose like a tool kit.
Just a couple of easy points to capture some of the low hanging fruit:
1) “Why wasn't there any police presence at the event for Giffords to meet with the public.”
Fact, there normally never is a police presence at these events. Probably will be going forward.
2) If the killer's real target was really just the judge, don't you think there would be an easier way to do it? Wouldn't he for instance at least gone after the judge first?

Since this happened, something in the back of my mind has
been trying to relate Tucson to that crazy kid shooting up the TX Capitol after trying and failing to get audience last year with Dan Patrick out of Houston. That guy had some sort of cartel relations.
Remember? Twenty-two years old, totally forgettable, drove some crappy Honda to Austin from ?Houston to do it.

It was a weird case.. I remember Perry saying the next day ‘we’re not going to lock down the capitol like the DFW Airport.’
I don’t think the cartel connection was made on FR, it was such a buried/spiked case. Seems like I googled the guy’s name and wound up on a Houston blog.

I remember that incident very well, and of course, we now have more restrictions—or hoops to jump through—to carry in our State House.
It seems to me that we didn’t get a whole lot of information about this kid. As I recall, they were going to do a psychological evaluation, but I don’t remember hearing any more........

There IS a thread on FR about Fuller wanting to make a necklace out of Palin, Bachmann, Rush, Beck and Hannity’s ears, with the women’s being on the sides as they are smaller.
This jewelry plan was in a NY Post article talking about Giffords getting better. The necklace wish wasn’t discussed one iota in the LSM. By then the story had been spiked and only talk that pinned it on talk radio was allowed.
Are ear necklaces something you find mostly in mexico? I thought they were more into severed-head soccer balls.
And Giffords’ answering Loughner in spanish the question ‘do government words have meaning’... what was THAT all about.
I’m certainly not an authority on “ear necklaces”. I’d never heard of such until I read some article pertaining to the AZ shooting.......and I can’t even remember where the article came from—but someone had posted a story on FR that mentioned it.
