Really? What then was the purpose of the “grandfather clause” contained in the eligibility requirements? Without it George Washington no less, who was born in Virginia, would not have qualified to be POTUS. Why, because he was born as a British subject, same as the son of the goat herder who only temporarily stepped foot on US soil and never was a US citizen. So if you can show me that Barry was born on or before the adoption of the US Constitution then he is a native citizen at best.
