You are the one who continues to lie about Levin, and then you and your buddy Red Steel lie about what he said on a later show, and refuse to apologize. You talk about false quotes, LOL, you and your buddies need to look in the mirror.

Regarding Lakin, He intentionally disobeyed a lawful order from his CO, a Medal of Honor winner. He refused to deploy to a war zone in Afghanistan. When you are ordered to deploy, you better be on the ship, instead of pulling some birther stunt. And to top it off he has been on the internet using his stupid stunt for the past 9 months raising money for himself and his birther lawyer. I am sure there have been scores of gullible birthers who have sent this charlatan money. I am sure the owner of this site agrees with me regarding lakin's stunt.

I came close to doing your two pings for you. Yes, two; one to the Big Guy whose site you are subverting, and one to Mark Levin. Then I thought I would give you one last chance to man-up and do it yourself. Here’s the issue: do the right thing:

Okay, TNTNT, let’s see to what use you are putting FR.

You used it to lie about Mark Levin. When called on it, you continued to lie about him. Do you think this site was created to give you a platform by which to smear Mark Levin? You certainly treat it that way. [If you dispute this, then post the full quote you attributed to Mark Levin, and ping him to it. Give him a chance to confirm or deny if. If you can’t or won’t do this, it confirms the fact you have been smearing him with a lie—which has been evident for some time now.]

You used the false ‘quote’ (or at least one word of it) to mock many good conservatives. You also left in the mind of many of these the idea that Mark Levin had called them ‘crackpots’. [Many who read your initial, lying post, no doubt left the thread before you were called on it. So they now believe a conservative icon called them ‘crackpots’.] Good job, TNTNT; you have taken FR and used it as a platform to smear conservatives via one of the most honorable and respected names in Constitutional Law.

The only problem being, this may not be the use the owner of this site wants you to make of it. Best to check with the appropriate party, and make sure your activities are in keeping with the intended purpose of this site.

You used this site to mock LTC Lakin. Do you think this site was set up to give you a platform from which to mock an honorable man? What gives you that idea? Have you checked with management, and alerted all concerned that you are using FR to mock LTC Lakin? Perhaps you should do so, and find out if that is the purpose of FR.

I will await the results. From what I understand, FR is not intended as a place to demean and lie about conservatives, or to mock and ridicule them. Maybe I am mistaken. I will wait and see how management and Mark Levin respond to your inquiries, and draw my own conclusions.

[Your willingness to follow through goes to your credibilty and integrity. If you refuse to take these simple and reasonable steps, then your credibility is zero, and you have a lot to answer for.]

What statute says that valid authorization from a Commander in Chief is “irrelevant” to the lawfulness of combat deployment orders? It’s not Title Ten and it’s not the Authorization for the Use of Force. What did Judge Lind cite as the statutory basis for her saying that?

What law or rule forbids a brigade commander from issuing combat deployment orders to Iran this very second?
