Parker Spitzer 2011 Predictions: What a year!
CNN ^ | Eliot Spitzer and Kathleen Parker

Posted on 12/31/2010 9:22:17 PM PST by 2ndDivisionVet

At the start of 2010, who would have predicted that we'd spend so much time talking about the ethics of Wikileaks, or a political advertisement in which a candidate for the U.S. Senate looked into the camera and declared, "I am not a witch," or whether or not Barack Obama should emulate George W. Bush or Bill Clinton?

Well, former Vice President Dan Quayle once said, "The future will be better tomorrow," and in that spirit, here are some things that could happen in the coming year:

Kathleen's predictions:

1) Sarah Palin won’t go away, but she’ll continue to pretend she’s running for president, maybe, kinda-sorta, just to keep the media running in circles trying to figure out whether she’s runnin.’ Cue sound effect: Ka-ching!

2) The economy and employment rates will improve, if only temporarily, thanks to the extended tax cuts, but for the first time in history, it won’t be Bush’s fault.

3) Americans will become increasingly intolerant of Obama’s wars.

4) Speaking of which, Bob Woodward will publish another book.

5) The Tea Party will become even more annoying as they inevitably take themselves seriously.....

I predict Parker and Spitzer will be unemployed by the end of 2011.

I would second that— but somehow MSNBC nutjobs stay on the air. So why not these clowns at CNN? Market forces don’t seem to really apply.

I can’t believe this mental masturbation. Again Palin is on their minds. Spitzer tries to be cute and funny...she’s actually serious....

Does anyone watch this show?
Who advertises? What products actually expose themselves to this rubbish?

I think MSNBC is driven by market forces. They take extreme leftist views and cry racism whenever somebody speaks ill of Obama. In exchange, Obama pushes fake ‘green’ energy, which GE is heavily invested in. MSNBC may not make money, but they are helping the parent company’s bottom line. I don’t know of a similar arrangement at CNN; and, I think Parker Spitzer will be ejected soon.
