Disagree. If they are willing to lay their lives down for the country in order to obtain a green card in hot zones such as Afghanistan, so be it. Reminds me of the article many years ago of the Marine who died in Iraq who actually was NOT an American citizen nor resident and the Marines steadfastly buried their comrade in full Marine honors in a Mexican cemetery ( as requested by the mother) while the locals booed.
